    ACO On The Pier, is situated at the Northern end of Pier 2/3 in Sydney's Walsh Bay. Entrance is via the ground floor on both the eastern or western side of the Pier. Take the stairs or lift to Level 1.

    There are no steps at the lift entrance, and there are handrails inside the lift. Visitors can enter the main public area directly.

    The venue mainly has wooden flooring. The floor is mostly flat, but the wooden boards have visible texture, gaps and some slightly uneven areas. The indoor area is open and spacious, with wide main pathways and enough space for wheelchair users to move. There are standard-height small tables and movable chairs in the public areas. If wheelchair users need more space, some tables and chairs can be moved.

    The performance spaces are wheelchair accessible and accessible seating is available. The theatres are spacious with open views. The theatres have wooden flooring, with clear height changes between the stage, flat pathways and stepped seating areas. Most seats are fixed. Accessible seating can be booked in advance by phone or email. Wheelchairs can also be booked for free during a visit

    There is an accessible toilet with a clear wheelchair sign outside. Baby change facilities are also available. The toilet is very spacious. Grab rails are installed Right-hand transfer accessible toilets are located on site. The wall-mounted basin has open space underneath, making it easier for wheelchair users to approach from the front. The floor is mostly flat.

    For public transport, Barangaroo Metro Station and Circular Quay are about a 10–15 minute walk from the venue. Bus routes 324 and 325 also stop near Pier 2/3. The nearest accessible parking space is about 220 metres away at 5 Hickson Road.
