Wynyard Walk is a wide underground pedestrian tunnel linking the station concourse with Barangaroo and surrounding streets including Clarence Street, Kent Street, and Sussex Street. Pathways throughout the station, tunnels, and concourse are generally wide, smooth, and suitable for wheelchair movement.

Two accessible toilets are available on the train concourse within the ticket barrier area. Toilets include grab rails, circulation space, accessible entry, and emergency call buttons. Separate ambulant toilets are also available nearby.
