Both entries have accessible doors to concourse

There are 4 lifts on concourse, located to the left of each accessible door after entry (Platform 1 is located on the side closer to the Light Rail, whereas Platform 2 is located closer to the Wharfs).

There are signs across the station to help you locate the lifts.

Lifts on platforms are located on each end of the information/technical centre, where a staff member can help organise a ramp to access the train.

Accessible bathrooms: located outside the station and can be accessed by both train and wharf users -as well as passersby. There are signs around the area to help you locate them.

Accessible toilets: depicted sign will be found on each door. It is not necessary to locate the staff, simply ring the number displayed and request access to the toilet. The phone number automatically rings staff members located on the station, an answer can be expected within seconds.
