Food Court

The food court is located on level 5 of the shopping centre.

There is plenty of seating available. There is a lot of inside seating available including average height tables and chairs, long bench tables with bench seating, and high tables with high stool seating.

The main seating area in the centre of the food court, the floor is slightly elevated. There are stairs located by Sushi Hub. There is also a built-in ramp located by Mad Mex that can be used to access this area.

There is outside seating available that can be accessed by the door to the left of Lobster Tail. The door is an automatic sliding door.

• The door to enter the toilet is automatic. There is a green button located to the side of the door that can be pressed for the door to automatically open.

• The automatic door will either open inwards or be an automatic sliding door.
• There is a large amount of floor space

PARKING

Westfield offers 3 hours of free accessible parking. There is both underground and rooftop parking.

P4 Violet underground

• P4 Violet L2 has 11 accessible parking bays, located a short distance to the left of the Lift Lobby South.
• There is a wide built-in ramp that can be used to get from the car to the lifts.
• The car spaces are wide enough to allow a wheelchair to roll up beside the car to access the vehicle. In some of the accessible spaces there are large concrete boulders to the side of the parking spaces which may restrict a wheelchair being able to roll up beside the vehicle. The pay station is located directly to the right of the lifts.
• P4 Violet L1 has 3 accessible parking bays approx. 30 meters from the Lift Lobby North.

R1 Aqua rooftop parking

• There are 20 accessible parking bays on R1 aqua level rooftop parking.
• The closest lift is the Lift Lobby lifts located directly opposite the accessible parking bays.
• There is also entry onto level 6 of the shopping centre via the Aqua Sky Bridge entry, approx 25 meters to the right of the Lift Lobby lifts.

Register for an additional 2 hour validation at any Concierge Desk upon presentation of your valid permit. If you register for Ticketless Parking, you can apply your Mobility Parking Permit to your registration and you only have to visit Concierge once.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme

The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme which helps to support and raise awareness for people living with a hidden disability.

Under the Hidden Disability Sunflower scheme, customers with hidden disabilities such as autism, chronic pain, dementia, anxiety, visual or hearing impairment, can choose to wear a lanyard bearing a sunflower logo as a subtle way of letting the centre employees and retailers know that they may require additional support, assistance, or a bit more time when visiting our centres.

The free Sunflower lanyards can be collected from Concierge located on Level 3 opposite Myer, level 3 close to the Oxford and Grosvenor Street entry door and on Car Park level P4, near the valet lounge.
