    About this place

Bondi Markets are a favourite for both locals and visitors at Bondi Beach. They run from 10am to 4pm every Sunday at Bondi Public School.

You can get there easily by public transport — just take the 333 bus — or by private means, with accessible bike parking located only a couple of metres from the entrance on Campbell Street. Parking can also be found along Campbell Street.

The main entrance is flat and very accessible for mobility devices, and the whole market is on one level, making it easy for people with mobility impairments to get around. There is a side entrance at Warners Avenue offering a ramp too, so everyone can access it. Both entrances to the markets are accessible.

The footpath is hard bitumen, mostly flat but with some stones and uneven terrain on the green area around the market. Stalls are widely spaced from each other, although it can get very cramped during the busier mid-morning periods.

The markets provide one accessible toilet. To use it, simply speak to the organisers near the main toilets in the food area, and they will open the accessible toilet door for you. Inside, the space is wide, with handrails on the left-hand side once you are seated. If you need additional accessible toilets in the area, more can be found nearby on the WheelEasy map.

Enjoy the markets as much as we did!
