Located on Playfair Street in The Rocks, Playfair Cafe is an accessible food outlet. There is step-free access to the counter and outdoor seating area, but there is no accessible toilet on site.
The seating areas are very cramped which means that the cafe is inaccessible at peak times.
Designated parking spots can be found in the Wilson Clocktower carpark.

Located in a food court on Playfair Street, 7Rocks is a deli and cafe which is accessible by wheelchair. There are ramps around the courtyard giving access to the outlet and the various seating areas. There are no accessible toilets on-site but some at the Visitors Centre nearby. Accessible parking spots can be found in the Rocks carpark.

Located opposite the Tourist Information Centre in The Rocks, Pony Dining is fully accessible with step-free access into and around the venue. The outdoor seating area is cramped and does not have enough space to comfortably maneuver a wheelchair. Inform the venue about your visit and then they can arrange a special table with enough space. Accessible toilets are provided and designated parking spots can be found in the Rocks carpark.

A large restaurant upstairs in the centre of The Rocks area, great to visit with the whole family, very kid friendly too. Yummy pancakes, pizzas, some salads and it’s fully licensed - something for everyone. Caters easily for large family groups. 

There is a lift to go up to the first floor coming off Playfair street, next to the steps leading to the front door. Although the restaurant is quite roomy with wide aisles to get to all the seats, around half the tables are booth seats, so you may need to book ahead to get one of the open tables with chairs that you can move aside if need be. 

Parking in nearby Argyle Street, and the nearest accessible parking is on street outside 107 George Street, around 80meters away. 

Pancakes On The Rocks

Located in a food court on Playfair Street, Hero Sushi Box is a takeaway Japanese food outlet which is accessible by wheelchair. There are ramps around the courtyard giving access to the outlet and the various seating areas. The space in the seating area is generous. There are also designated accessible public toilets located a matter of metres away from Hero Sushi Box in the nearby  Visitor Centre

There is a ramp outside Munich Brauhaus to provide access to the German-style bar and restaurant. Not all areas of the indoor dining area are accessible and there are no accessible toilets on the premises. The outdoor seating is made up of permanent benches, which may prove inaccessible for wheelchair users.

Dare is an accessible cafe. The venue has two counters - one of which is too high for wheelchair users to pick up their order. Dare’s outdoor seating is generously spaced and easily accessible. There are no toilets on site. Accessible parking can be found in the Wilson carpark at the clocktower.

The Orient Hotel is an accessible bar. Owing to the fact it is located in a heritage listed building, there is no lift access to the upper restaurant. There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor and there is a ramped entrance on Argyle Street. Ample space between the outside tables, which have glimpses of the harbour & water. Unfortunately all the tables inside are bar height with bar stools! 

Orient Hotel

There are stairs at the main entrance to Guylian Belgian Chocolate Café in The Rocks as well as at the side entrance.But there is also an outside seating area which is fully accessible. However, there are no accessible toilets on site.

Spread over two levels, The Argyle is a bar, restaurant and nightclub located on Argyle Street. 
Cobbles leading up to the venue make wheelchair access tricky, but there is step-free access into and around the ground floor of the venue. The first floor is only accessible by stairs. Some of the tables are inaccessible due to high stools and benches.
Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor. There are several car-parking stations in the vicinity.

The Argyle

Situated in the Rocks, within walking distance from Sydney’s landmarks, on the first floor of the Clocktower shopping complex, Shiki Japanese Restaurant can be accessed via a lift in the adjoining car park. There is step-free access into and around the venue, which has an accessible toilet. Secure Wilson car parking is available at Clocktower Square’s basement.

Gelatissimo in The Rocks is a partially accessible ice cream shop. The venue offers step-free access to the counter, but the outdoor seating area has steps leading up to it and there is no ramp on site. There are also no accessible toilets available.

Serving up Thai street food, Wok on Inn is a food outlet on Playfair Street in The Rocks. Gentle ramps lead up to the counter and seating areas, which are mostly accessible. Situated in a small food court, there are no accessible toilets on-site but some at the Visitors Centre nearby.

Outdoor and indoor seating is also accessible at The Fine Food Store.

Phillip’s Foote is an accessible restaurant on George Street serving Australian cuisine. Wheelchairs can only gain access via the side entrance on Nurses Walk, where staff will be happy to assist entry into the venue. There is plenty of accessible seating inside and outside, but there are no accessible toilets on the premises.

Phillip's Foote

Located in The Rocks next to The Argyle, Saké Restaurant & Bar is accessible for wheelchair users. Access can only be attained via the Argyle Street entry, where staff will assist you with a portable ramp. There is only one accessible table in the main dining area, which is usually closed from Monday to Friday, but you can call the venue and make a booking so they can arrange that table for you. Accessible toilets are available on site. Designated parking spots can be found in the Wilson carpark around 150 meters away.

Saké Restaurant & Bar The Rocks

Located on Harrington Street, the wheelchair access is about 10m down the road towards the Argyle. There is a little ramp but if a car is parked in front it is not accessible off the road. 

The hotel is accessible to wheelchair users. There is one designated accessible room, Heritage Queen room, which is located on the lobby level of the hotel and is fully accessible with roll in showers. However, the hotel’s restaurant is located down a flight of steps and is therefore inaccessible. But the hotel is surrounded by plenty of accessible cafes and restaurants.

Harbour Rocks Hotel

Barney and Bligh Reserve is located adjacent to the Museum of Contemporary Art and contains the historic Cadman’s Cottage building. It's a popular spot for tourists and visitors to enjoy the sight and sounds of Circular Quay.
The Reserve is only accessible via a gravel driveway adjacent to the park, as there is a step running around the perimeter of the reserve. The terrain is mostly soft and there is no accessible parking or toilets nearby.

Barney and Bligh Reserve

This hotel is accessible to wheelchair users, although it is a little awkward, being in an older building.

Upon arrival you will need to use the ramp off Mill Lane which is just on the side street to get up onto footpath. 

There is step-free access into the hotel and throughout. The hotel offers two Queen rooms which are designated accessible. Both feature a roll-in shower with hand rails. You will need to specify that you require one upon booking. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, including the Fine Food Store right next door, which has really wonderful food and coffee for lunch, brunch and breakfast.

Rydges Sydney Harbour

Rendezvous Hotel Sydney is inaccessible to wheelchair users. There are no rooms suitable for wheelchair access and not all areas of the hotel can be accessed step-free.
However parking is available in Wilson Parking located within the hotel which $45 per 24 hours.

The Museum of Contemporary Art is fully accessible to the mobility impaired. You can access the MCA via the George Street entrance or via a ramp from Circular Quay. All public areas of the museum, including the MCA Store, MCA Café and restaurant and galleries are accessible via lifts. You can borrow wheelchairs at no charge from the Information Desk on level 1. 

Fully accessible toilets are located on the ground level, levels 2 and 3, level 4 Cafe, level 6 Rooftop Venues and in the National Centre for Creative Learning. 

Parking is available a short distance from the museum at Wilson Parking, 155 George Street, The Rocks. More parking can be found at Wilson Parking Grosvenor Place, 225 George Street, The Rocks. 

Museum Of Contemporary Art (MCA)

Graze is an accessible restaurant serving modern Australian cuisine. There is step-free access into and throughout the venue, which offers accessible seating inside and out. There are also accessible toilets on site. 
Accessible parking spots can be found in the Wilson carpark at the overseas passenger terminal.

Access is via stairs from George Street with accessible access via rear courtyard. A flat wide laneway leads to the rear courtyard. An accessible toilet is also located in the rear courtyard.

Starbucks The Rocks

Upon arrival at the Fortune of War, staff will aid your entry into the venue with a portable ramp. There is also a lift that takes you to the terrace, where the accessible toilet is located. Seating is tight but there are accessible tables in the dining area and the terrace.#

Cruise Bar is a waterfront bar and restaurant located next to the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. There is step-free access into the restaurant and outdoor seating areas and tables are generously spaced meaning most are accessible. An accessible unisex toilet is located beside the bar area. Closest parking possibility its the Wilson carpark on George Street.

Cruise Bar

Ribs & Burgers is an accessible bar and restaurant on George Street. There is ramp access outside the venue to enable access to the main entrance, which is step-free. There is accessible seating available at both the indoor and outdoor dining areas. There is also an accessible toilet on site. Ribs & Burgers The Rocks

The Russell Hotel is accessible to wheelchair users from the rear entrance. It offers a small amount of wheelchair friendly rooms with roll in showers. However the rooms are pretty small and there is not much space to maneuver within the room. There are two pubs within the hotel which are accessible by wheelchair. There are also plenty of shops and cafes in the immediate surrounding.
The venue does have its own car park which is free of charge but without designated accessible parking spots. The route from the car park to the entrance is accessible to a wheelchair user with assistance. Assistance may be required because there are slopes/ramps. But there is also a Wilson carpark nearby.

The Russell Hotel

The Push is on the ground floor of the Russell Hotel building, situated at the gateway to the Rocks area, 
Several steps meet you upon arrival at The Push, but there is a portable ramp on the premises which staff will be happy to assist you with. Space is at a premium inside and some of the tables may be inaccessible at peak times and there is no accessible toilet on site.

Situated on the second floor of the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay, Quay Restaurant is accessible to wheelchair users. There are two lifts next to the terminal entry which provide access onto the second floor. Turn right out of the lift and you’ll find a step-free entry into the restaurant. Space is tight between both indoor and outdoor tables, which may mean some are inaccessible. There is also an accessible toilet on site.

Quay Restaurant

First Fleet Park provides a great vantage point to view the comings and goings of Sydney's ferries and jetcats. First Fleet Park is an accessible park located on George Street. There is step-free access via entrances from Circular Quay and Alfred Street. The terrain is hard and flat. Plenty of accessible cafes and eateries can be found at Circular Quay and The Rocks. There is no toilet located at the park, the closest facilities are at Circular Quay Train Station.
Designated accessible parking spaces for visitors with RTA permits are located at: Cumberland Street, Harrington Street, George Street, Hickson Road.

First Fleet Park

This is a small playground but great for the local families in the area and a plus that it is enclosed.This playground issuitable for toddlers and younger children. It includes swings and climbing equipment but unfortunately no special equipment for wheelchair users. 
Trinity Avenue Playground is fully accessible as the terrain is hard and flat. There is step-free access into the playground and throughout. There are no accessible toilets located on site. There are no designated accessible parking spots but 2 hour parking on the steets nearby is possible.

The Harbour View Hotel is situated on the corner of Cumberland Street and Lower Fort Street in The Rocks, under the southern end of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge.
It is accessible to wheelchair users. There is a ramp leading into the premises and a lift which provides access to the second floor restaurant. The venue’s accessible toilets are located on the ground floor.

Located in the Shangri-La Hotel on Cumberland Street, Altitude Restaurant is an accessible bistro serving modern Australian cuisine. A lift in the hotel lobby will take you up to the restaurant on the 36th floor. Some of the venue’s seating is restricted and this may mean some tables are inaccessible at peak times.  There are accessible toilets on site and designated parking spots can be found around 200 meters away in the Wilson carpark.

Altitude Restaurant

Located in the Four Seasons hotel on George Street, Grain is an accessible spirits, cocktail bar and restaurant. Grain by Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, is all about the fine craft of drinking.
Step-free entry is gained via the hotel lobby. All parts of the restaurant are accessible and there are also designated unisex toilets on site. Outside tables are not available.

The Ship Inn

Falafel & Shawarma, located at 2 Alfred Street, Circular Quay, is situated in a generally accessible area close to public transport, including the Circular Quay train and light rail stations, both of which offer step-free access and lifts. The surrounding footpaths are mostly flat and smooth, making it easier for wheelchair users to navigate, though some nearby areas may have slight gradients. Accessible public toilets are available nearby at Circular Quay Station, and mobility parking spaces can be found in nearby Wilson car parks and along Alfred Street.

Lotus Dumpling Bar is an accessible restaurant serving up pan-Asian cuisine and cocktails in Dawes Point. There is step-free entry into the venue but space is tight and some tables inside and outside may be inaccessible especially at peak times. There is also a small seating area outside Lotus and no accessible toilet.
There are also plenty of accessible public carparks nearby.

The Blue Bar at the Shangri-La Hotel in Sydney is  a cocktail bar located on the 36th floor and offers stunning views of the city and harbor. 

The Shangri-La building provides accessible features, including ramps and elevators, to accommodate guests with mobility needs. You can access the Blue Bar through the main lobby of the Shangri-La Hotel which is step-free. Elevators directly connect to the higher floors where the bar is located. The space is restricted, however, the staff are able to allocate tables to ensure enough room for wheelchair users.

The hotel is located near Circular Quay and Wynyard train stations, both of which are accessible via wheelchair and other mobility aids. Taxis and rideshare services can also drop off directly at the hotel entrance in a secured way. Designated parking spots can be found in the Wilson carpark around 100 meters away.

Accessible toilets are of easy access throughout the building. You can find one accessible toilet on level 36th.

Quay West Suites is inaccessible to wheelchair users. The hotel has no rooms suitable for wheelchair access and not all areas of the hotel can be accessed step-free. Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes are available in the immediate surrounding.

A popular spot with locals, workers and visitors, Observatory Hill Park offers sweeping, panoramic views of Sydney Harbour and the Harbour Bridge for free. It is nestled in the city centre.
Observatory Hill Park is a partially accessible plot with step-free access. The gradient varies from steep to medium and terrain is mostly hard. In the park you can find some seating and picnic areas. There are not many cafes in the immediate vicinity.
Accessible public toilets aren’t too far away on Watson Road, at the Argyle Street park entrance.

Observatory Hill Park

Located on the ground floor of the Gateway shopping centre, Four Frogs Creperie is an accessible French restaurant. There is step-free access into the venue and throughout. It has an accessible seating area. While there are no toilets in the restaurant itself, the Gateway food court has unisex facilities. Designated parking spots are available in the shopping center carpark.

Entry into the venue is step-free, but space is at a premium inside and a large amount of tables are inaccessible. Additional seating is available outside the venue. The establishments toilets are on the second floor, which is only accessible via stairs.

Park Hyatt is fully accessible to wheelchair users, although access is only possible from the street side of the hotel and not from the water side. The rooms that provide best accessibility are the King Park room, City Harbour room, Opera View room and Deluxe Opera View room. Each have handrails in the bathroom and built-in shower seats Each level of the hotel can be easily accessed by lift. There are plenty of accessible shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. Designated parking spots can be found at the hotel carpark for around $60 per day.

Located on Loftus Street, Paragon Hotel is an accessible restaurant serving a range of pub staples. The restaurant level on the top floor is currently undergoing a refurbishment but it will be fully accessible to wheelchair users when it opens again later in 2017. While the kitchen is closed, there is a pop-up food truck operating on the ground floor.

BarCycle is a cycling-themed accessible cafe located in Walsh Bay. There is step-free access into the venue, which also has an outdoor seating area. There are share accessible toilets and designated parking spots can be found in one of the nearby public carparks.

Located in the courtyard at Grosvenor Place, Saké Jr is a takeaway Japanese restaurant that is accessible to wheelchair users. There is step-free access into the venue and part of the lower dining area, but the upper seating area is accessible only by stairs. There are no toilets on site, but there are unisex facilities in the courtyard. Designated parking spots can be found in the carpark on King Street.

Located on the ground floor of Customs House, Quay Bar is an accessible cocktail bar and restaurant. Ramps at the front of the building lead you to the restaurant’s indoor dining area. There is also a large, accessible outdoor seating area on the forecourt of the building. Room between the tables is generous and in case there isn't enough just inform the staff and they will allocate the tables. All tables have wheels so it is easy to move them. Accessible toilets can be found on site but they are not specifically for wheelchair users. 
The venue is surrounded by many construction sites therefore it is not easy to find a designated parking spot but there will be spots at the opera.

Quay Bar

Billu's is an accessible eatery. There is step-free access into the venue and throughout. The restaurant has a number of accessible tables inside and out and while there are no toilets in the restaurant itself, the Gateway food court has unisex facilities. Designated parking spots can be found in Gateway shopping center carpark.

As an anchor tenant of the Walsh Bay Arts Precinct, Sydney Dance Company creates, rehearses, teaches and performs in the Wharf Studios, and welcomes tens of thousands of enthusiastic dancers of all ages through the doors every year.

Sydney Dance Company, Neilson Studio

The Roslyn Packer Theatre is the main theatre of the Sydney Theatre Company (the other; The Wharf Theatre is 150 metres away, opposite Pier 6/7 on Walsh Bay). 

It seats up to 900 people and is fully wheelchair accessible, with wheelchair spaces in two locations; on the ground floor in the stalls, and further ones on the upper level in the circle. There are accessible toilets on both main levels.

Should you need it, there is an automatic opening door (with the button on the right as you look at the theatre from the street).

There is no dedicated accessible parking. However there is disabled parking on the street on the other side of the road.

Roslyn Packer Theatre (Sydney Theatre Company)

Gelatissimo is an accessible ice cream kiosk in Circular Quay. The counter is accessible by wheelchair, but the outlet is purely a takeaway kiosk and there is no seating area or toilets available.

Avenue on George is an accessible cafe, bar and restaurant. There is step-free access into and throughout the venue.There is also accessible seating inside and outside of Avenue on George. On site you can find accessible toilets and designated parking spots are available in the Wilson carpark on Harrington Street.

Silvester’s is an accessible fine dining restaurant in the Sydney Marriott Harbour hotel. Lifts provide access from the hotel lobby to the restaurant, and they also take you to the accessible unisex toilets on level two. The space inside is restricted but staff will make sure you have a table that is easy to get to.

On-street accessible parking

Located on Harrington Street, Brew Cafe can be accessed via a gentle ramp situated just to the side of the venue’s main entrance, which has four steps to negotiate. Inside the cafe, plenty of seating is accessible. However the space is restricted but it is possible to rearrange the tables to ensure there is enough room to maneuver. Accessible toilets are available on site and designated parking can be found on Harrington Street.

Brew Cafe

Tucked away in a narrow alley way on Bulletin Place, Tapavino is a bar that is accessible to wheelchair users. But,  access is extremely limited inside the small bar area, and the venue’s toilets are up a flight of stairs. There is some accessible seating outside the restaurant.
Designated parking can be found in the Wilson carpark at the Atrium.

Cabrito Coffee Traders is an accessible cafe located in Bulletin Place. The entrance to the venue is step-free and provides access to the counter and a small seating area. There is also a small seating area outside. There are no toilets at Cabrito Coffee Traders.
Designated parking spaces can be found at the Wilson Atrium carpark.

Located in Customs House, Young Alfred is an accessible bar and restaurant serving Italian cuisine. Ramps outside the front of Customs House enable access to the entrance and indoor seating area. The venue also features an outside seating area and accessible unisex toilets.

A lift in the lobby of Customs House takes you up to the front desk of Cafe Sydney (Customs House is a fully accessible library and information centre located across the road from Circular Quay train station). Ramp access is available at the main entrance of the building via 2 ramps. In Cafe Sydney itself,  a limited range of seating is available due to stairs in some parts. There are accessible toilets on site. Customs House has two unisex accessible toilets. One can be found on the ground floor behind the magazine collection. The other on level 1 and has a left hand side transfer. There is no on-site dedicated accessible parking at Customs House. There are 2 on-street mobility parking spaces 250m away on the western side of Pitt Street, south of Alfred Street. The closest paid public parking stations are behind the Gateway building (Underwood Street opposite the Marriott Hotel on Pitt Street), the Sir Stamford Hotel (93 Macquarie Street) and the Sydney Opera House. Access from the street is easy and the area nearby is flat all the way from Circular Quay station.

Cafe Sydney

The Jessie Street Gardens is a small inner-city park located on Loftus Street, a short distance from Circular Quay. Jessie Street Gardens is an accessible park located outside Gateway shopping complex. There is step-free access onto and throughout the plot, which has several benches. The terrain is hard and flat. There are no toilets in the park.
Designated parking spots can be found in Wilson carpark on Reiby Place.

Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay may be accessible to some wheelchair users. There is no designated accessible room but there are rooms with roll in showers.
There is step-free access into and around the building - apart from the Fitness Centre, which is inaccessible. There are lifts to provide easy access to each floor. Around the hotel there are many accessible shops and cafes available. The hotel also has its own restaurant which is accessible.  The Mariott offers accessible rooms with wider doorways and roll-in showers. Designated parking spots can be found in the hotel own carpark.

Ventuno is an accessible restaurant serving Italian cuisine from their waterfront location at Walsh Bay. Open plan entry offers step-free access into and throughout the venue. Benches mean that some of the outdoor seating is inaccessible, but the indoor dining area is generously spaced. There is an accessible toilet on site.
There are also plenty of accessible public carparks nearby.

Ventuno Restaurant

Customs House is a fully accessible library and information centre located across the road from Circular Quay train station. There is step-free access via a ramp outside the main entrance and a lift providing step-free access to each floor inside. Customs House also has accessible toilets, as well as being home to three restaurants.

In the shadow of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Hickson Road Reserve is located right on the harbour's edge, with magnificent views of the Sydney Opera House. The reserve is dotted with mature palm trees. Due to its stunning backdrop, the park is a popular location for photo shoots and wedding ceremonies. Hickson Road Reserve is a small park accessible to wheelchair users. There is a slight slope to the park, but it doesn’t prevent access. The park has no accessible toilets and no picnic or barbecue areas. Cafes and restaurantnts can be found nearby as well as accessible parking spots.
