The UNSW Law Library provides stair-free access through both the main and side entrances, both equipped with automatic doors. Please note that the side entrance is narrower than the front. Upon entry, there is ramp and stair access to the law theatres, along with an escalator.

A signposted, unisex accessible bathroom is available on the ground floor. It features a button-automated door, handrails, a baby changing table, and a spacious interior.

Lift access is available to all levels of the library. Accessible classrooms are clearly signposted, although their doors are manual. The bookshelf aisles are wide, allowing for easy wheelchair navigation.

The study space includes a mix of sofas, booths, collaborative areas, and individual desks, with live capacity updates. An assistive technology room is located on Level 1 and is available to students registered with UNSW Equitable Learning Services.

UNSW Law Library

Plume Café is a small café located on the UNSW campus. The entrance features a narrow doorway, but the door is typically held open. The interior space is limited due to seating and a queuing area, which may make navigation difficult.

A spacious outdoor seating area provides more accessible seating options. Online ordering is available through the café’s app, and food and drinks can also be delivered via an external service window, offering a more accessible alternative to ordering indoors.

Plume Cafe

The UNSW Bookshop is located on campus and offers a wide range of textbooks, general reading material, university supplies, and merchandise. The shop provides stair-free access via a narrow doorway that is kept open. If accessing the bookshop from upper campus, there is lift access available from the higher floor, located next to the stairs.

The interior is generally spacious, allowing for comfortable wheelchair navigation between shelves. However, some shelves are quite tall and may require assistance to reach higher items. Plume Kiosk is located next door and offers accessible outdoor seating.

UNSW Bookshop

The Roundhouse is a restaurant, bar, and event venue located on UNSW’s Lower Campus. It offers stair-free access with wide, flat pathways surrounding the building. There are two entry points: a wide front entrance and a narrower side entrance—both without swinging doors. The front doors are typically kept open by staff during operating hours.

The venue features spacious indoor and outdoor seating areas, with ample room for wheelchair users to navigate. A unisex accessible toilet is available and equipped with an automatic door and handrail.

The terrain outside is a mix of flat tiling, while the interior is smooth and level. Some areas of the main floor—particularly when set up for events or club nights—are carpeted, which may slightly affect ease of movement.

Roundhouse

Home Ground is a small kiosk serving breakfast, lunch, and coffee on the UNSW campus. It offers stair-free access with flat, even terrain and an open doorway.

The indoor seating area is compact, with limited space to manoeuvre a wheelchair between tables. However, there is a spacious outdoor area with a variety of tables and chairs that provide more accessible seating options.

An accessible toilet block is located behind the kiosk and can be reached via a flat, even path.

22 Grams Cafe

The Greenhouse at Centennial Park is accessible by a ramp at the back of the cafe. They have a spacious waiting area with lots of room to move. The toilet nearby is wheelchair accessible but it's not wheelchair friendly. There is disabled parking spaces out the front too.

The Shed is a cafe chain restaurant with stores throughout NSW & ACT serving home-style rustic meals & 100% Arabica bean coffee. The cafes feature calm earthy tones, industrial metal, concrete, brickwork & soft greenery.

The Moore Park store is located on the ground floor of Supa Centa Moore Park shopping centre offering step free entry accessed via paved level pathway approach to automatic glass entry doors. The cafe features large open step free entry with easy access to the counter freestanding tables, chairs & banquette seating.

Accessible toilets & parking can be found in the shopping centre.

The Shed

UNSW Village Café is a small outdoor café located on Lower Campus. It offers stair-free access via a side ramp, as well as stair access with a handrail.

The outdoor seating area provides some space for wheelchair users to manoeuvre, though seating is limited due to the café’s small size.
