There are two accessible parking spaces on the basement level, accessed through Harris Street, with additional parking in the surrounding area. The entrance is level access with some uneven bitumen. Unfortunately, there are no handrails. The entry door is automatic. The community centre has four floors, with the first three being accessible by lift. Access by public transport may be difficult, as the paths to the nearest bus stop and light rail are quite bumpy and uneven.
There are three accessible toilets located near reception, in Littlebridge Hall and on Level 1. There are also two ambulant toilets available, located on the ground floor - right hand side of the main entrance and in front of the reception desk. In addition, there is an accessible adult change facility that includes a shower with a 1090mm entrance
The centre features a hearing support system for those who may need it. The centre encourages members of the public to reach out to the staff with any additional accessibility needs, so that they can work to provide a safe and accommodating environment to everyone who visits
