Additional accessible parking spaces are available in the multi-level car park, with three accessible bays on Level 2 and six accessible bays on Level 3, positioned on both sides of the lift lobby for easy access. At the time, the lift serving the car park was out of order, which may affect accessibility for some visitors. A ramp is available between Level 1 and Level 2 parking areas, providing an alternative accessible route.

The plaza also includes an eight-storey office tower, with lifts connecting all floors. Clear directory signage is provided at the ground level, showing the location of offices and facilities on each level. The lifts are equipped with grab rails to assist users and support safe access throughout the building.
