The Glasshouse is an accessible arts and entertainment venue that provides facilities for people with different access needs. Wheelchair access is available through permanent ramps at the Clarence Street and Hay Street entrances, with lifts providing access between levels. Accessible parking is available nearby, with a drop-off area directly outside the building. The entrance is straight forward the door is manual in case of opening. The venue has accessible toilets on the basement that can be accessed by the lift as well as an accessible baby change room. There are eight designated wheelchair spaces in the theatre, and two wheelchairs are available for visitors to use. Braille signage is provided for people with vision impairment, while hearing loop facilities are available for people with hearing loss. A free mobility scooter charging point is also available. Companion Card holders can have their companion attend free of charge. For accessing the toilet there is a key at the visitor center as well.
