The Glasshouse provides a range of facilities to make the gallery accessible to people with disabilities:
* Wheelchair access: Ramps are available at both the Clarence Street and Hay Street entrances.
* Lift access: Lifts provide access from street level and between the building’s levels, supporting access to the gallery.
* Accessible toilets: Available on the basement and Level 2, with lift access. An accessible baby-change room is also available on the basement level.
* Accessible parking: Accessible parking is located close to the building, just opposite on the main building.( In front of el motor in motel )with a drop-off point next to the forecourt.
* Mobility scooters: A free mobility-scooter charging point is available on the ground floor near Encore Café.
* Vision impairment: Braille signage is available inside the building.
* Hearing impairment: Staff can assist visitors with hearing requirements, and hearing-loop facilities are available at the customer service desk.
* Wheelchairs: Two standard wheelchairs are available for visitors to use if required.
* Assistance: Visitors can contact staff in advance to arrange accessibility assistance or ask questions about available services.
