Lifts connect all levels and platforms, ensuring easy movement without stairs. Accessible toilets are available, fitted with grab rails and adequate turning space. Boarding ramps are offered with staff assistance for safe train access. Wide entrances, tactile ground indicators, clear signage, and lighting help with safe navigation. Surfaces across corridors and platforms are generally level and suitable for wheelchair use. Emergency help points and staffed assistance are available when required.

    NOTIFY STAFF WHEN YOU ARRIVE SO THEY CAN DEPLOY A RAMP AND NOTIFY THE STATION YOU ARE GETTING OFF SO THEY CAN PREPARE FOR YOUR ARRIVAL.

    There are two entry points to the station. The entrance on the left, towards Westfield Burwood, consists of stairs, whereas the entrance on the right is step-free and easily accessible for wheelchair users and people with mobility aids.
