Burwood Park in Sydney is becoming increasingly wheelchair-friendly with recent upgrades focused on accessibility. The park has level, paved pathways around its grounds that allow easy movement, and new works are adding accessible pathways to connect the inclusive play space, picnic shelters, and seating areas. A 24/7 Exeloo accessible toilet block is being installed to improve facilities for people with mobility needs, complementing the existing toilets. There are some accessible restrooms in the Westfield centre. Access to the park is possible from surrounding streets such as Burwood Road and Park Avenue, with nearby public transport at Burwood Station and parking options in the area, including some accessible street parking. The park’s upgrades aim to ensure that ramps, smooth paths, and inclusive amenities provide easier and safer access for wheelchair users. And for the parking there's free parking in the Westfield which is 2min walk from the Park
