Livvi's Place Five Dock is an excellent all abilities & inclusive playground.  Located at Timbrell Park which is very large & flat with huge grassy areas & lots of easy roll paths for wheelchairs, bikes & trikes

The playground is fully fenced with only one entrance/exit & includes a wide range of play equipment including swings, jungle gym, snakes & ladders path, inclusive playsoace, sculptures, rope climb & motorised roundabout.

The park also has seating, picnic tables, shelters & shaded play areas, barbeques, bubbler & best of all wheelchair accessible.

A toilet block can be found just outside the playground, with both adult & child change tables & plenty of parking along Henry Marine Drive.

Livvi's Cafe is located right bedside the playground offering accessible coffee & food kiosk with outside tables.

Bay Run Cafe is a small coffee and breakfast shop in Five Dock. It specialises in breakfast and brunch.

There is one entrance which is a step free ramp with a handrail on the side of the ramp. The front door is always open and is relatively wide.

There are only usually 5 tables inside and 5 tables outside, however all of these tables are able to be moved and adjusted. The tables inside are quite close together, however the tables outside have enough room for movement between them. These are all low tables. Whilst you order at the counter, the servers will bring your order to your table. They also do takeaway.

There is no designated parking, however there is a plentiful amount of street parking, including 2 designated disability parking spots located on: 89P Henley Marine Drive, Rodd Point, New South Wales, 2046 

Bay Run Coffee & Bistro Rodd Point

Five Dock Park is a pathed green space with picnic areas, a playground, a dog park and a skate park.

Access to each of these areas is relatively obstacle-free, with no stairs, blockades or walls impeding on any of the paths. 

All areas are relatively easy to get to, with concrete paths connecting all areas of the park. The playground has concrete paths throughout it, however some of the playground has a soft, cushioned terrain. There are picnic tables scattered throughout the park, however all of these involve travelling across grass to get to. 

The park is relatively flat, with no steep slopes. 

There is one restaurant located in the park called “Skinny Tony's Really Italian” which has bathrooms located in them.

There is an abundance of street parking near the park, including reserved disability parking spaces near the parks multiple entrances. For instance: 126 Great North Road, Five Dock, New South Wales, 2046 & 1 Waterview Street, Five Dock, New South Wales, 2046
