Access to the venue is via the main hotel entrance, where a gently sloped driveway provides step‑free entry into the building. From here, guests travel to the bar using internal lifts, making the primary route to Aster fully step‑free.

Within the arrival area to Aster Bar on level 31, there is a lift directly adjacent to the host desk, allowing wheelchair users to enter and move between level 31 and 32 without encountering stairs. The flooring throughout appears smooth and even, supporting easy navigation. The venue is strictly 18+ only, as indicated by signage at the entrance.

On Level 32, where Aster Bar is located, there is one accessible unisex toilet available. It requires key to open which is kept in the reception of the bar. Another accessible toilet is available on the ground floor of Intercontinental hotel, so guests may use this facility during busy periods. The accessible toilet includes grab rails on the side and rear walls, a raised toilet seat, accessible flush controls, and sufficient circulation space for a wheelchair to position beside the pan.
