Zhang Liang Malatang is a Chinese spicy hot pot franchise chain with the Gungahlin store located in Marketplace Gungahlin.

The restaurant offers step free entry via paved level pathway approach to glass automatic double entry doors. Inside there are open food counters with shelves at different heights & depths to choose from. Once ingredients are selected take to the chefs who will charge you based on the weight of your ingredients & then cook your dish in a soup base of your choice.
