We love this venue! Parking is underneath and if the designated disabled area is full, the staff corden off more of the general car park in order to extend the disabled parking area. (Before COVID, one could pre-book a disabled parking spot and even pre-book valet parking so that the wheelchair user and carers could be dropped off right at the underground entrance to the venue. Wonderful!) When booking seats, there is a dedicated number to call and staff have always been helpful in ensuring we book seats that meet our needs. Companion Card is accepted. All the staff onsite are helpful and respectful. Almost always we have had a dedicated staff member to assist us to our seats. The lifts are enormous so there is no problem with the whole group travelling together - wheelchair user, family and carer. This is how accessibility should be done! The only drawback is that the disabled toilets are on the smaller side, but there is an MLAK facility 200m away at Hamer Hall. (We haven't tried it.)
