Bondi’s Best is an accessible seafood restaurant tucked away on Hall Street in Bondi. When approaching from 75 Hall Street entry, access is via a lift on the first floor which takes you down to the restaurant on the lower level. The venue itself provides step-free access upon entry and throughout. Benches may make the outside seating area inaccessible.

The majority of seating within the venue is accessible and there are also accessible toilets on site. Designated parking spots can be found in the hotel carpark.

Located on the ground floor of the Gateway shopping centre, Urban Orchard is an accessible health food outlet. There is step-free access into the venue and throughout. Urban Orchard has no seating area of its own, but there is accessible seating in the rest of the food court. While there are no toilets in the restaurant itself, the Gateway food court has unisex facilities. Designated parking spots can be found in the shopping center carpark.

Vue Bar is a rooftop bar in Bondi that is inaccessible via wheelchair. Located on Campbell Parade, the only entrance to the venue is via a flight of stairs. There is no lift on site.

Oceans is an accessible restaurant and cocktail bar overlooking Coogee Beach. There is step-free access into the venue and throughout its two levels. Lifts are situated in the foyer as you enter the venue. Some of the seating is inaccessible due to the use of high benches but there are several other tables which can be used inside and out. The venue provides accessible unisex toilets. Parking spots can be found at the Crowne Plaza carpark.

Oceans Dining & Drinks

Located on the promenade leading towards Sydney Opera House, this is a wheelchair friendly cinema. All theatres are wheelchair accessible. 

A dedicated wheelchair space can be found at the back of each theatre. These are unfortunately not shown on the online booking form on their website. To book the accessible seat you’ll need to call the United Cinemas main number ‭02 9970 2626‬.

There is a lift beside the candy bar to each theatre level. 

A wheelchair accessible toilet is located in the lower foyer and is accessible by the lift.

Designated parking spots can be found at the opera house parking at the end of Macquarie Street. 

Update: This cinema is closed for renovations at present with no reopening date shown on site.

Located in the south lobby of International Tower One, South by Dukes is an accessible cafe. Step-free entry can be gained via the street entrance and via the Tower’s lobby. There is accessible seating located inside and outside, but there are no accessible toilets. However accessible toilets can be found within the tower.

No Name Italian Restaurant is an inaccessible eatery located in The Royal Hotel in Bondi. Access is only possible via the main entrance, which has five steps. The venue do not have a portable ramp to allow wheelchair access.

The Bondi Bach Cafe is a small, inaccessible cafe on Glenayr Avenue. A small step prevents access to the counter and indoor seating area. There are a limited number of outside tables which are accessible.

Sydney Cove Oyster Bar is accessible to wheelchair users. It is an exclusively open-air restaurant so finding a table to get to in a wheelchair should not be a problem,  despite the fact that spacing between tables is tight and some may be inaccessible at peak times. But just inform the staff about your visit so they can arrange a special table. There is no accessible toilet on site.

Banksii is a fully accessible restaurant located in Barangaroo. Exceptional cocktails and food! Large ramps from Barangaroo Avenue provide step-free access. There are new accessible toilets shared between the other restaurants next door. There is accessible seating inside and outside with plenty of space between tables. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. There are many accessible public carparks nearby.

Banksii Vermouth Bar And Bistro

Sonora in Potts Point offers a welcoming and lively Mexican dining experience, where friendly service complements an innovative menu. Sonora features curated tasting menus, including a chef’s “Feed Me” option on Wednesdays and a decadent brunch with tacos and margaritas on the weekends.

Sonora is fully accessible, accommodating both wide and smaller devices. The main entry is at the corner of the street, accessible through their ample door threshold. Despite being a small, charming venue, the tables are spaced apart, providing enough room both inside and outside, in the terrace. The friendly staff will be happy to guide you to an appropriate space in the dining area.

Toilets are located on the right-hand side of the venue, and you won't get lost on the way to the restrooms. There are two restrooms, both equipped with handrails and enough space to maneuver a device.
