On-street accessible parking

Two designated accessible parking spaces are located on Churchill Avenue directly in front of the main entrance to Strathfield Plaza, providing convenient access for people with disabilities and those with limited mobility. One parking bay is situated on one side of the entrance leading towards Woolworths, while the other is located on the opposite side of the entrance. Their placement allows visitors to park close to the shopping centre and access the entrance without having to travel long distances.

Both parking spaces are clearly marked on the road surface with the International Symbol of Access and are supported by visible roadside signs indicating that they are 2-hour accessible parking bays. The signage is easy to identify and helps drivers understand the parking restrictions and eligibility requirements. The parking bays are positioned adjacent to level footpaths, providing a smooth and step-free transition from the vehicle to the pedestrian pathway.

From these parking spaces, visitors can follow a short, accessible route directly into Strathfield Plaza. The pathways are wide and generally free from obstacles, making them suitable for wheelchair users, people using walking frames, and parents with prams.
