The George Street Car Park is an off-street, wheelchair-accessible car park located in the heart of Burwood. It has step-free access from the street and provides designated accessible parking bays close to the main lift and exit area.

The entry to the car park is via 30 Railway Crescent, where a clear “P” parking sign is visible. The driveway is wide and smooth with a gentle slope, making it suitable for wheelchair access. The surface inside is flat, concrete, and well-lit, allowing easy and safe movement for people using wheelchairs or mobility aids.

There are two accessible parking bays clearly marked with the wheelchair symbol. These are positioned close to the lift area for easier entry and exit. The car park has a lift that provides access from the parking area to the ground floor exit at Elsie Street (step-free connection to pedestrian pathways).

The ticket machine near the pedestrian exit is positioned at a reachable height and supports card and contactless payments (Visa, Mastercard, NFC). The route from the accessible bays to the lift and payment meter is wide, step-free, and barrier-free.

From this car park, Burwood Station is approximately 350–400 metres away (about 5–6 minutes) by wheelchair or on foot. The footpath from the exit is wide and continuous, with curb ramps at crossing points. It runs along Railway Parade toward Burwood Plaza and the station entrance, making the route straightforward for people with mobility needs.

No accessible toilet was visible inside the car park at the time of inspection.
