Bilgola Beach is a surf beach 500m long with good swimming & body surfing conditions.  The beach is patrolled by volunteer Surf Lifesavers from September to April each year.  

The FreeWheeler beach wheelchair is available to hire free of charge 7 days a week from Bilgola Life Saving Club contact direct on (02) 9918 2337.

There is an unisex accessible bathroom with MLAK key lock & accessible parking.  

There is a cafe closeby with outside seating, picnic area, kiosk & accessible toilet.

The Bert Payne Reserve Inclusive Playground overlooks Newport Beach & offers play equipment that's inclusive & appropriate for a wide range of abilites. It provides playful opportunities for children with physical & learning disabilities, as well as sensory impairments. 

The award winning inclusively designed Recycling Truck features a wide range of play activities & a wheelchair-accessible ramp. The park also offers a wheelchair accessible trampoline & wheelspin. 

Accessible pathways , seating including direct accessible picnic table are available, along with BBQ facilities, shade cloths & sandstone sculptures. There is a MLAK key locked stand-alone accessible bathroom nearby along with accessible parking.

Bare Wholefoods have two cafes on Sydney's North Shore St Leonards & Mona Vale, also a wholesale food retail product line, called Fuelling Life, also catering & host special events. Specialising in gluten free food menus & take-away meals, but also catering to all diet requirements.

The Mona Vale cafe is tucked away down a back street, Bungan Lane offering step free entry via paved level pathway approach.  With floor to ceiling windows & glass entry door the cafe offers a bright interior with access to the couter & fridges, freestanding tables, chairs & covered outdoor seating.

Armchair Collective is an accessible cafe & homewares store located on Darley Street,  just a block from Mona Vale Beach.  Serving creative brekkie and lunch bites along also selling items including armchairs, teapots and fresh flowers. 

The cafe and store offers step free entry via paved level pathway approach to large open plan entry into the relaxed interior with cafe tables and chairs dotted around the venue, share tables as well as more intimate ones nestled among the furniture. 

There is an outdoor dining area with high & low tables with stools.  Regular parking bays can be found right outside with designated parking & toilets at Mova Vale Beach car park & surf club.
