Accessible Beach In YankalillaNormanville Beach

Normanville Beach is located on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula, with a 7.2km stretch of beach patrolled by the Normanville Surf Life Saving Club during the summer. There is now a pontoon 75 metres off shore from the low tide mark during summer for swimmers to access.

There are two beach wheelchairs available for short term loan with slat type access platform. These include the Sandcruiser & Sandpiper wheelchair. Both have large balloon -like tyres which make for easy access to soft sand & shallow water. Available in both adult & child size they are free, email [email protected] .

Accessible parking can be found a Normanville Beach along with accessible parking on the foreshore. There are grassy areas for picnics, a jetty & the surf club.
