Niblick Street Reserve is a small neighbourhood reserve featuring open green space, a children’s play area, picnic seating, and shaded areas created by established trees. The reserve is connected to the surrounding streets by concrete footpaths that provide level access into the park. Internal pathways allow visitors to move between the playground, seating areas, drinking fountain, and open grassed sections.

The playground includes swing equipment with rubber soft-fall surfacing underneath and surrounding paved pathways that improve access around the play area. Picnic tables and benches are available throughout the reserve, providing places for rest and informal recreation. A drinking fountain is located within the reserve and can be reached via the paved path network.

The reserve is generally accessible for wheelchair users and people with mobility aids due to its level pathways and open layout. However, much of the open recreational space is grassed, which may be more difficult to navigate following wet weather or for some mobility device users.

Parking: One accessible parking space is available on Niblick Street near the reserve entrance, providing convenient access to the pathway network and park facilities.
