Access to the jetty is step-free from the parking area via a paved path and ramp. The pathway is wide and smooth, allowing easy wheelchair movement. The main jetty surface is flat concrete with good space for turning, and handrails are present along the sides.

The floating pontoon is connected by a ramp, which is accessible but can be steep depending on water level. The surface remains firm and non-slip.

Seating is available near the waiting area under shelter. Open edges along the jetty require caution.
