Accessible Beach In Oceanside PromenadeMullaloo Beach
Mullaloo Beach is a popular swimming beach & the Mullaloo Surf Life Saving Club provides lifeguard patrols on weekends and public holidays at the central-northern section of the beach.
Mullaloo Beach has an access mat that enables access from the sand to the water’s edge, available from October through to April each year depending on weather conditions. There is also an All-Terrain beach wheelchair & walker both free to use, booking on 9400 4226 or email [email protected] .
Alternatively, you can contact the Club during weekdays on 08 9307 7766 or email, if there is weekday lifeguard or our weekend Patrol is on, they will be more than happy to assist with accessing it.
The surf club is located in a large grassy foreshore reserve between the road and the beach, with a large car park next to the clubhouse, and three car parks to the north. The club area has a double door entrance and exit, an open floor which allows for a continuous accessible path of travel and access to the club’s lounge and adjacent rooms with wheelchair accessible toilet facilities onsite.
There is also a larger carpark on the northern side of Tom Simpson Park with ACROD parking available – approximately 150m from the Club entrance accessible via a dedicated, sealed pathway.
The park overlooks the beach accessible with seating, picnic and bbq areas. The footpath from the carpark to the toilets is slightly steep.
