This accessible parking area is located at 121–127 Harrington Street, The Rocks, on the eastern side of Harrington Street between Essex Street and Grosvenor Street.

There are three parallel accessible parking spaces, approximately 3.2 metres wide and 6.7 metres long. The spaces are marked with wheelchair parking signs and are reserved for accessible parking. Please note that there is no kerb ramp directly beside the parking spaces, so some wheelchair users may need to move a short distance along the parking area to find a lower point to access the footpath.

The spaces are directly beside the footpath. The road surface is asphalt and is generally flat, although some joins and worn areas are visible. There is no separate marked side transfer area, so wheelchair users may need to take extra care when getting in or out of the vehicle, especially with passing traffic.

The footpath beside the parking spaces has a hard surface and is generally flat and quite wide. However, trees and parking sign poles reduce the available clear space in some areas.

Overall, the accessible parking spaces are clearly marked and located next to a wide footpath. However, the lack of a separate side transfer area may make getting in and out of the vehicle more difficult for some wheelchair users.
