The mobility parking spaces are located in a 90-degree angled parking area beside a waterfront park. The road and parking surface are sealed asphalt, appearing generally level and in good condition.
The designated spaces have white painted bay lines and wheelchair symbols on the ground. Clear signs indicate “P Wheelchair Only”, with arrows identifying the parking areas. Adjacent parking is restricted to 3P ticket parking from 6:00 am to 11:30 pm, with permit holders excepted (Area 20) on one side. No Stopping restrictions apply from 11:30 pm to 6:00 am in the indicated directions.
The parking area includes concrete wheel stops, a paved pedestrian area and two metal bollards between the bays. The nearby footpath connects to the waterfront park, although the bollards and kerb arrangement may affect wheelchair access and should be assessed on-site.
