McAlpin Reserve Playground

McAlpin Reserve features a large accessible playground with multiple zones for different abilities featuring a roll on carousel, inground trampoline, climbing structure, scooter track with traffic signage & swing set - with an expression swing! There is also birds nest swing, water pump, rock river

There shelters with sealed paths to accessible BBQs & roll under picnic tables, benches & water fountains. A pond with ducks, bridges & accessible walking trails throughout the reserve that connect through to Monterey Bush Park.

There are 2 accessible parking spaces with a protected side space at the entrance to the reserve. These are separate to the main car park. The driveway is sealed, smooth and in good condition. There is a sealed path into the Reserve from the accessible parking.

Toilets are available at the main entrance to the Reserve including one accessible toilet which does have a heavy door.
