Accessible Playground In Marsden ParkLivvi's Place Elara

Livvi's Place Elara can be found on the corner of Elara Boulevard & Northbourne Drive, Marsden Park.

The large fenced playground is inclusive & for kids of all abilities. The dinky track is a purpose built scooter/bike track for easy rolling with traffic light signs, zebra crossing, roundabouts, waving ramp, petrol station & bike racks.

The park also offers a shaded water playground with jets along with shaded seating, flying fox, merry go round, musical instruments, talking tubes, spinning chair, mound slide, spinning disk, in-ground trampolines, sway fun, hammocks, big swing & slide.

Within the playground there is a dual BBQ, picnic tables & seats plus a large toilet block just outside the playground.

There is a basketball court more hammocks, skate rails, cricket nets & a sports field just outside the playground.

There are two car parks, one inbetween the playground & basketball courts. The other is on the far end of the toilet block & sports field.
