The lift connects all public levels, Toilets are in all levels however only level 2 has wide and automatic entry accessible toilets Restrooms on level (M1) are spacious and easy to move around, but there are only changing facilities, no handrails though. Library counters: The service counters are at a moderate height, making them accessible and comfortable for people of all statures and mobility levels to reach and communicate with staff. Level 2: The Justice of the Peace service is also located on level 2, which is an accessible area reachable via lift. A hearing loop system operates in the AV training area for people with hearing aids.
