    The Ashfield Service Centre is a modern public building located next to Ashfield Mall and the Town Hall. It provides full accessibility for wheelchair users and people with mobility needs, with wide ramps, automatic doors, accessible lifts, and spacious internal corridors.

    Getting There

    By Car / Parking

    Rooftop Parking: The Ashfield Mall rooftop carpark has four mobility parking bays located adjacent to the elevator lobby.

    Accessible lifts connect the rooftop carpark to Level 3 of the mall.

    From the lift, turn left along the corridor to reach the Service Centre entry.

    Parking charges apply according to standard Ashfield Mall rates. (innerwest.nsw.gov.au)

    Ground Parking: General parking is available on ground levels of Ashfield Mall, but specific accessible bays on the ground level are not officially confirmed. Visitors should check signage or with Centre Management.

    The pathway from the rooftop carpark is level and smooth, suitable for wheelchair users.

    From the Street

    The Service Centre is just off Liverpool Road, next to the mall.

    At the main frontage, there are stairs, but wheelchair users can use the wide ramp on the side of the Town Hall/Service Centre complex.

    Automatic doors provide step-free access into the foyer.

    By Train / Bus

    Approximately 3–5 minutes’ walk from Ashfield Station, using smooth, level footpaths.

    Bus stops along Liverpool Road provide accessible drop-off points with paved crossings to reach the ramp entrance.
