Located on the ground floor of the Gateway shopping centre, Hero Sushi Train is an accessible eatery. There is step-free access into the venue and throughout. Hero Sushi has no seating area of its own, but there is accessible seating in the rest of the food court. While there are no toilets in the restaurant itself, the Gateway food court has unisex facilities. Accessible parking spots can be found in the shopping center.
