    Gibson Street Reserve

Gibson Street Reserve is a small neighbourhood reserve featuring a children’s playground, seating areas, open green spaces, and established shade trees. The reserve is accessible from the surrounding footpaths via level entrances and sealed concrete pathways that connect many of the key features within the park. Benches are positioned throughout the reserve, providing shaded resting points for visitors.

The playground is set on a soft-fall rubber surface and includes climbing and play equipment for children. While the playground can be viewed from the surrounding pathways, direct access to some play elements may be limited for wheelchair users due to the soft-fall surface and the design of the equipment. The reserve also contains landscaped garden beds and natural grassed areas, which may be uneven in places.

Most of the lower section of the reserve is accessible via sealed pathways; however, access to the upper section requires using a staircase. As there is no ramp alternative to the stairs, the upper area is not wheelchair accessible. Visitors using wheelchairs, mobility scooters, or other mobility aids can comfortably enjoy the accessible lower section of the reserve, including the playground viewing areas, seating, and pathways.
