The tube and rods are of fabricated stainless steel. This dramatic fountain marks the intersection of Ainslie Avenue with City Walk.

The fountain is accessed by a paved pathway approach located right outside the Canberra Centre which offers both accessible parking, toilets & a variety of eating establishments. There are bench seat dotted about including concrete versions.
