Located on Harrington Street, Brew Cafe can be accessed via a gentle ramp situated just to the side of the venue’s main entrance, which has four steps to negotiate. Inside the cafe, plenty of seating is accessible. However the space is restricted but it is possible to rearrange the tables to ensure there is enough room to maneuver. The Shangri-La building provides accessible features, including ramps and elevators, to accommodate guests with mobility needs. The space is restricted, however, the staff are able to allocate tables to ensure enough room for wheelchair users.

Taxis and rideshare services can also drop off directly at the hotel entrance in a secured way. Designated parking spots can be found in the Wilson carpark around 100 meters away.

Cava on Kent is a fully accessible neighbourhood cafe, open for breakfast and lunch. Only a few tables inside are easy to get to in a wheelchair when it is busy at peak times. However, the cafe does have the benefit of a huge outside space, way back from the road, and most of the tables here are fully accessible. Tables sometimes make the route to the shared accessible toilet tricky, so it may best to approach it from one of the adjoining businesses that share it.

Condor Japanese Restaurant in Sydney's Wynyard area offers a cozy dining experience with a diverse menu of traditional Japanese dishes, specializing in sushi, ramen, and bento boxes. 

While Condor is a popular spot, accessibility may be limited. The entrance is somewhat narrow, and there is a step that could pose challenges for visitors with mobility needs. Inside, the step at the entry makes the venue inaccessible. Although tables are closely arranged in the outdoors, people with reduced mobility can still manage to be served a nice asian style popular dish from locals who keep their traditions in food. 

The venue does not provide toilets on site. Nevertheless, they can give you access to the toilets at the back of the premises. The attentive staff are generally willing to assist and accommodate wherever possible. You might be able to reach the toilets if you travel around the building, the paths are flat but the toilet isn't step-free. Despite the step being minimal, you need to be aware of its existence. To make it shorter, toilets are reachable for people presenting small mobility issues or having devices, however, they are far from the shop(on a wheelchair since people walking can trespass through the shop to the back), it is possible but not hassle-free ensured.the toilets do not have handrails and space is quite narrow but still doable.

However, there is an accessible entrance through the building next door at 11 York Street, right next to the train station. The Macquarie Place Park is an heritage-listed, small triangular urban park located in the central business district of Sydney. The park is situated on the corner of Bridge Street and Loftus Street. It is named in honour of Governor Lachlan Macquarie. Macquarie Place Park is a partially accessible park. There is step-free access via Bridge Street, but not all areas are step-free and therefore inaccessible. In the accessible parts the terrain is hard and flat. The Langham Hotel is undoubtedly one of the most accessible hotels in central Sydney.  

It has one fully accessible room (127 on the first floor, a short distance from the lift) with an interconnecting room if required. 

It is operated with an automatic door opener. The room is spacious in every way both at the foot and at the sides of the bed. There is plenty of room to wheel around and rearrange furniture if necessary. Some electrical power points are at eye level.

The bathroom is very spacious. It is fitted with an automatic sliding door and a sensor which turns on lights automatically upon entry. It has a roll in shower.

All the public areas of the hotel are fully accessible and roomy. The restaurant and bar have many easily accessible tables. The seating elsewhere is easy to get to. There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor. A long ramp from the concierge entrance area leads up to the main areas. The spa is also accessible by lift.

There is an accessible on street parking space almost directly opposite the hotel entrance. There is a drop curb by the entrance which taxis can use to drop you at.

If you are a manual wheelchair user, there is only one potential drawback: its location. It is situated in a fairly hilly part of the CBD.

Located on Loftus Street, Paragon Hotel is an accessible restaurant serving a range of pub staples. The restaurant level on the top floor is currently undergoing a refurbishment but it will be fully accessible to wheelchair users when it opens again later in 2017. While the kitchen is closed, there is a pop-up food truck operating on the ground floor.

Royal Copenhagen Ice Cream Cone Co is an inaccessible gelato shop located in The Rocks. The entrance to the shop is not step-free and there is no portable ramp to enable access to the counter and small indoor seating area.

A set of wooden stairs greet you upon arrival at Scarlett Restaurant’s only entrance. There is no portable ramp to assist with entry and no accessible outdoor seating area.

Located on Harrington Street, the wheelchair access is about 10m down the road towards the Argyle. There is a little ramp but if a car is parked in front it is not accessible off the road. 

The hotel is accessible to wheelchair users. There is one designated accessible room, Heritage Queen room, which is located on the lobby level of the hotel and is fully accessible with roll in showers. However, the hotel’s restaurant is located down a flight of steps and is therefore inaccessible. But the hotel is surrounded by plenty of accessible cafes and restaurants.

Good flat access to three well spaced downstairs tables. Three outside tables on quiet street.

Great cafe with great food. Only snag is that there is no nearby drop-curb making it inaccessible for some, unless you take a big detour. 

Creperie Suzette

An accessible Italian eatery in Circular Quay, Rossini Restaurant offers step-free access into the venue. There is a range of accessible seating inside and outside the restaurant.

El Greco Yeeros Cafe is a small takeaway outlet on Alfred Street. It is accessible to wheelchair users with step-free access into the counter and dining area, while outside there is a takeaway window and some accessible seating. There are no toilets in this venue.
The closest accessible parking can be found in the Wilson carpark on George Street.

William Blue Dining is an inaccessible fine dining restaurant on George Street. There is a sizable step at the venue’s only entrance and the restaurant does not have a portable ramp to enable wheelchair access.

The Quay Cafe is an accessible food and drink outlet inside the entrance of Wharf 6 at Circular Quay. There is an accessible seating area and counter but the space is restricted. There are public accessible toilets very nearby the terminal area, next to the train station.

Dumpling Bar @ Loftus is an inaccessible eatery serving pan-Asian cuisine. A step at the entrance to the restaurant prevents wheelchair access and there is no portable ramp to assist.

Stairs at both entrances to McDonald's on Loftus Street prevent wheelchair access to the fast food restaurant. There is no lift and no portable ramp to assist entry into the venue. But there is an accessible seating area outside of McDonald’s. There is also no access to the toilets. Designated parking can be found in the Wilson Atrium carpark.

There is a very steep concrete ramp leading up to the venue from the street, but a step at the doorway prevents wheelchair access. There are, however, a number of accessible tables outside.

Nakashima - The Rocks

Located on Loftus Street, Little Vienna is an accessible cafe. There is step-free access to the counter and indoor dining area, but the venue’s outdoor seating can only be accessed via stairs. The space inside is restricted.
There are no designated toilets on site but you can use public toilets nearby.

Graze is an accessible restaurant serving modern Australian cuisine. There is step-free access into and throughout the venue, which offers accessible seating inside and out. There are also accessible toilets on site.

Vintage Cafe on The Rocks is an inaccessible coffee shop on Nurses Walk. Wooden steps leading up to the venue’s only entrance prevent wheelchair access and there is no ramp on site to aid access.

Hokkaido is an inaccessible Japanese restaurant on Loftus Street. As you arrive at the entry, you are immediately met by a flight of stairs which lead down to the dining area. There is no other entrance to the venue and no outdoor seating.

The Museum of Contemporary Art is fully accessible to the mobility impaired. You can access the MCA via the George Street entrance or via a ramp from Circular Quay. All public areas of the museum, including the MCA Store, MCA Café and restaurant and galleries are accessible via lifts. You can borrow wheelchairs at no charge from the Information Desk on level 1. 

Fully accessible toilets are located on the ground level, levels 2 and 3, level 4 Cafe, level 6 Rooftop Venues and in the National Centre for Creative Learning. 

Parking is available a short distance from the museum at Wilson Parking, 155 George Street, The Rocks. More parking can be found at Wilson Parking Grosvenor Place, 225 George Street, The Rocks.

Located within the Gateway Building on Level 2, disabled access via lifts or elevators up to Level 2.

Salt Meats Cheese

Located on the ground floor of the Gateway shopping centre, Top Juice is an accessible juice and snack bar. There is step-free access into the venue and throughout. Top Juice has no seating area of its own, but there is accessible seating in the rest of the food court. While there are no toilets in the restaurant itself, the Gateway food court has unisex facilities. Designated parking spots can be found in the shopping center carpark.

Yayoi Garden is an accessible Japanese restaurant situated on Bridge Street with the Japanese garden as its centrepiece.  
Step-free access into and throughout the venue is complimented by plenty of accessible seating. There is also an accessible toilet on site.
