Accessible Cinema & Theatre In ActonArc Cinema
The Arc Cinema is an awesome arc deco cinema, with state of the art equipment , where nostalgic films from 70s, 80s, and 90s all the way through to today. It's located in the National Film and Sound Archive of Australia building.
All the areas at the NFSA building are wheelchair accessible. The ramps to access the entry to the building is on the south-facing entrance on Liversidge Street with two Automatic doors .
Disabled Parking can be found around the building, Be aware there are limited free parking spots surrounding the building on Liversidge Street.
There are T switch loops available in Arc Cinema for hire.
Wheelchair accessible & ambulant bathrooms are located in the main building for easy access.
They do have wheelchairs for hire at NFSA reception or pre book by calling them on (02) 6248 2000 during business hours.
Tickets are Adults $14 and Concessions $12. The NFSA only charges concession for people with disabilities and Carers get a complimentary ticket.
