Anita's is a gelato and ice cream bar located outside of Central Park Mall in Chippendale.

There is no street parking nor accessible parking in the shopping mall.

There is stair-free, accessible access into the shop through its entrance on Central Park Avenue. There is a set of double doors, both of which are usually open unless it is cold outside, to which they usually close one of the doors. The doors are manual entry and are slightly heavy, however a member of staff is usually there to assist.

There are tables both inside and outside of the shop. The tables inside are closer together, whilst the tables outside have quite a bit of room. All of these tables are chairs are able to be moved. These are all low tables, with some bench seating. There is more seating up 3 stairs, on the left of the entrance.

There is no accessible toilet on site, however there is one located on the ground floor of Central Park Mall.
