Acton District Park covers 10.4 hectares on the foreshore of Lake Burley Griffin’s West Basin.
There is an accessible paved level path around the park, picnic tables, gas & electric BBQs, drinking water, sheltered picnic area, boat hire & ferry rides.
On the eastern shoreline, you can fish from the vertical stone walls. There is also a sandy beach but the water is not suitable for swimming.
Accessible toilets can be found at the park & large car park with no designated accessible parking bays but the car parks is spacious.
