Oceans is an accessible restaurant and cocktail bar overlooking Coogee Beach. There is step-free access into the venue and throughout its two levels. Goldstein Reserve is the parkland located immediately adjacent to Coogee Beach. It has spectacular ocean views to Wedding Cake Island and the headlands at either end of the beach. The reserve is flat with picnic shelters, barbecues, seating, open grassed areas and maturing shady trees. The promenade running through the reserve provides a direct link to the beach and is used by walkers, joggers and sightseers. There is step-free access throughout the plot, which varies from a gentle to steep gradient. There are two kiosks in Goldstein Reserve and public toilets, showers and changing rooms. Coogee Town Centre is just across the road and a major bus terminal is located on adjacent Arden Street. The park’s toilets are located across from the main entrance to the beach.

Grant Reserve Playground is one of the area's largest and best playgrounds. Also known as the Stan Windon Memorial Playground, it is located just a few minutes walk south of Coogee Beach along the Coastal Walkway. It is partially accessible to wheelchair users. The play area features interactive and interpretive features for sound and touch, surrounded by grass, trees and a sea view with a toilet block (which is not designated accessible), picnic tables and barbecue facilities close by. Unfortunately there is no equipment specially designed for children in wheelchairs.

Gusto Espresso Bar Coogee is a popular coffee bar on Coogee Bay Rd Coogee.

It has outside tables under cover that can be easily accessed by wheelchairs and prams.

Tables are light and easy to move around to accommodate different sized groups. Food is mostly light cafe food, bakery goods and great coffee.

The doorway does have a slight ramp/incline (no stairs) but inside is very small and cramped. Staff will happily come out to you but you will need to grab their attention when they come out to serve. 

Accessible parking is on Coogee Bay Road and Vicar St near the post office.

Accessible toilets are available about 100 metres down the road at Coogee Beach toilets. Look out for the accessible toilet, labelled "Disabled Toilet" as it isn't part of the beach change rooms. Go to the coffee bar at Chish n Fips and when looking at the bar, turn to your left and you will see the toilet door just near the main bus stop on Arden St. Bring your MLAK key as you will need it for access. It is locked.

The reserve includes a playground, picnic tables, BBQs and extensive plantings of native trees and shrubs. The Coastal Walkway continues through the reserve and is popular with walkers and joggers. Grant Reserve provides access to other iconic facilities including McIvers Baths (women and children only) and Wylies Baths. There is step-free access via some of the park’s entrances. The plot is on a gentle gradient and the terrain is smooth. Located at the southern end of the reserve is a large children's playground called the Stan Windon Memorial Playground. Toilets are located close to the entrance to McIvers Baths. There's street parking nearby.

On Arden St just near Coogee Bay Rd and the main promenade is an accessible toilet maintained by Randwick council.
You need a MLAK key.
It's not obvious so as you look at the beach from outside Chish n Fips look left and you'll see it hiding behind the bus stop.

Coogee Beach is a great beach with calm surf and is family-friendly. The promenade area has restored historic buildings and nurtured parklands.
Most of the facilities are located at mid-beach with showers, change rooms and toilets near the Arden Street bus stop.
Upmarket restaurants now jostle with fish and chip shops and an increasing number of boutiques.
The beach is accessible. There are several access points along the promenade, the easiest of which is a ramp to the left of the main steps as you look at the beach. The sand is mainly soft and the beach is of a gentle gradient. There are accessible toilets located opposite the main steps to the beach. Also accessible changing rooms and showers can be found there. However, Coogee Beach doesn’t have a beach wheelchair but part of the Coogee end of the Coastal Walk is accessible. The boardwalk hugs the coast most of the way and you can spot all kinds of wildlife during your walk. There are many off street parking spots available at the beach.

Domino's Pizza is an accessible takeaway kiosk on Coogee Bay Road. The food outlet is purely for takeaway and there are no tables or toilets on site. Wheelchairs can access the counter area thanks to a small ramp upon entry.

In winter, Coogee Oval is home to the Randwick Rugby Union Club and caters for up to 5,000 spectators. The oval is also used as a first grade cricket facility during the warmer months. A fenced children's playground is located on the perimeter of the oval on the corner of Brook and Dolphin Streets. The oval is located directly opposite Coogee Beach and adjacent to the Coogee shopping village. Coogee Oval is accessible to wheelchair users. There is step-free access from Brook Street into the venue, which is step-free throughout. There are toilets available but they are not designated accessible. 
Parking is available along Alfreda Street and in the Council car park adjacent to the oval (access from Alfreda Street and Dolphin Street).

JJ's is really close to Coogee beach. It's perfect for a fine day out as they have tables and chairs with plenty of room about 50 metres from the beach. Coogee Beach, at this point, is fully accessible and you can enjoy a short wheel/stroll along the promenade.
Accessible parking (about 3-4 spots) is just across the road and the footpath can be managed by anyone with wheels.
Accessible toilets are available close by at Arden St toilets. The accessible toilet isn't obvious as it's separate from the main toilets. It's at the main bus stop and you do need a MLAK key to open. 

JJ's Chicks and Burgers - Restaurant Coogee

JJ's Chicks and Burgers is on Dolphin St Coogee near the north end of Coogee beach. 

It's a pick up and has home delivery through Doordash. Only pickup and delivery now due to Covid lockdown. Normally they have chairs and tables in and outside and the outside ones are wheelchair accessible.

The shop itself has a small step so it's only accessible for the outdoor tables.

Currently they accept orders at the door and will bring it to you to take away.

Coogee Pavillion is an accessible venue offering a range of yummy food, a licensed bar and great coffee on the ground floor. It has three floors plus a rooftop terrace. Step-free access is available into and around the ground floor. It has a lift that goes to all floors. There’s plenty of accessible low seating inside in the dining area, less so in the bar area, where there are mostly all high stools. Unfortunately the outside seats all have fixed branch seats with no extra space between to for a wheelchair.

Pleasant views overlooking Dunningham Park and Coogee Beach. Toilet available indoors but not disabled friendly, but one can be found at Coogee Beach Arden Street. Dunningham Reserve is located on the northern headland of Coogee Beach. Spectacular ocean and coastline views make this reserve a popular location for photographers and filmmakers in addition to the large number of recreational users. The Eastern Beaches Coastal Walk  pathway runs along the coastal boundary of the reserve and is well used by walkers and joggers.
Other facilities include large grassed areas, picnic shelters, native trees and shrubs, drinking fountains, lighting and a temporary (summer) toilet block. The closest parking spots can be found in the oval parking metre.
