Glebe Park is an accessible park covering 4 hectares on the eastern side of Canberra’s city centre. The park borders that front the roads are marked by a stone fence with steel railings, with access through formal accessible gateways. The park is criss-crossed with paved level pathways throughout.
Glebe Park features a stage, a 19th century-style rotunda, sculptures, electric & gas barbecues, playgrounds & a large grassy area for the kids to run around in.
The playground features swings, slides, climbing walls, sliding poles, water play & more with paved level lead-in pathways
There are also toilets, shade, picnic tables, seating, bins, fenced from the river, half basketball court . Further accessible toilets can be found 350m away at the Canberra Centre along with accessible parking.
