The Russell Hotel is accessible to wheelchair users from the rear entrance. It offers a small amount of wheelchair friendly rooms with roll in showers. However the rooms are pretty small and there is not much space to maneuver within the room. There are two pubs within the hotel which are accessible by wheelchair. There are also plenty of shops and cafes in the immediate surrounding.
The venue does have its own car park which is free of charge but without designated accessible parking spots. The route from the car park to the entrance is accessible to a wheelchair user with assistance. Assistance may be required because there are slopes/ramps. But there is also a Wilson carpark nearby.

The Russell Hotel

Located on Harrington Street, the wheelchair access is about 10m down the road towards the Argyle. There is a little ramp but if a car is parked in front it is not accessible off the road. 

The hotel is accessible to wheelchair users. There is one designated accessible room, Heritage Queen room, which is located on the lobby level of the hotel and is fully accessible with roll in showers. However, the hotel’s restaurant is located down a flight of steps and is therefore inaccessible. But the hotel is surrounded by plenty of accessible cafes and restaurants.

The Push is on the ground floor of the Russell Hotel building, situated at the gateway to the Rocks area,

There is step-free access via entrances from Circular Quay and Alfred Street. The terrain is hard and flat. Plenty of accessible cafes and eateries can be found at Circular Quay and The Rocks. There is no toilet located at the park, the closest facilities are at Circular Quay Train Station.

First Fleet Park

The Orient Hotel is an accessible bar. Owing to the fact it is located in a heritage listed building, there is no lift access to the upper restaurant. There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor and there is a ramped entrance on Argyle Street. Ample space between the outside tables, which have glimpses of the harbour & water. Unfortunately all the tables inside are bar height with bar stools! 

Orient Hotel

Barney and Bligh Reserve is located adjacent to the Museum of Contemporary Art and contains the historic Cadman’s Cottage building. It's a popular spot for tourists and visitors to enjoy the sight and sounds of Circular Quay.
The Reserve is only accessible via a gravel driveway adjacent to the park, as there is a step running around the perimeter of the reserve. The terrain is mostly soft and there is no accessible parking or toilets nearby.

Located opposite the Tourist Information Centre in The Rocks, Pony Dining is fully accessible with step-free access into and around the venue. The outdoor seating area is cramped and does not have enough space to comfortably maneuver a wheelchair. Inform the venue about your visit and then they can arrange a special table with enough space. A large restaurant upstairs in the centre of The Rocks area, great to visit with the whole family, very kid friendly too. Yummy pancakes, pizzas, some salads and it’s fully licensed - something for everyone. Caters easily for large family groups. 

There is a lift to go up to the first floor coming off Playfair street, next to the steps leading to the front door. Although the restaurant is quite roomy with wide aisles to get to all the seats, around half the tables are booth seats, so you may need to book ahead to get one of the open tables with chairs that you can move aside if need be.

Pancakes On The Rocks

Located in a food court on Playfair Street, Hero Sushi Box is a takeaway Japanese food outlet which is accessible by wheelchair. There are ramps around the courtyard giving access to the outlet and the various seating areas. The space in the seating area is generous. There are also designated accessible public toilets located a matter of metres away from Hero Sushi Box in the nearby  Visitor Centre

Not all areas of the indoor dining area are accessible and there are no accessible toilets on the premises. Appetito Pizza Pasta Bar is an accessible restaurant that can only be accessed via the George Street entrance and not the rear entry on Circular Quay. Staff are happy to assist with arranging a table and they will ensure that there is enough room between the tables. There is also an outside area which can be used.

Situated on the fourth  floor of the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay, Yukis Japanese Restaurant is accessible to wheelchair users. There are two lifts next to the terminal entry which provide access onto the third floor. Turn left out of the lift and you’ll find a step-free entry into the restaurant. Space is tight between the indoor and outdoor tables, which may mean some are inaccessible. There is also an accessible toilet on site.

Accessible Turkish food takeaway outlet located in the Gateway . The counter is accessible on the corner. The outlet is located near the toilets which are accessible. There is an indoor seating area adjacent with plenty of space to move around.  

Gözleme King

Airports

Circular Quay, Wharf 3 is an accessible ferry terminal. There is step-free access into and throughout the terminal, which is fully manned and has a portable boarding ramp to enable wheelchair access onto the ferries.

Hungry Jack's is a takeaway fast food outlet located in Circular Quay train station. There are accessible areas for ordering but not for eating in.  There are no toilets on site, but public facilities are available nearby. Closest accessible parking spots can be found in the Wilson carpark on George Street.

Stairs at both entrances to McDonald's on Loftus Street prevent wheelchair access to the fast food restaurant. There is no lift and no portable ramp to assist entry into the venue. But there is an accessible seating area outside of McDonald’s. There is also no access to the toilets. Designated parking can be found in the Wilson Atrium carpark.

On the ground floor of the Gateway shopping centre, Roll’d Vietnamese is an accessible fast food outlet. There is step-free access into the venue and throughout. Roll’d has a limited, seating area of its own and there is accessible seating in the rest of the food court. While there are no toilets in the restaurant itself, the Gateway food court has unisex facilities.

Roll'd Vietnamese Gateway Sydney

Located on Loftus Street, Paragon Hotel is an accessible restaurant serving a range of pub staples. The restaurant level on the top floor is currently undergoing a refurbishment but it will be fully accessible to wheelchair users when it opens again later in 2017. While the kitchen is closed, there is a pop-up food truck operating on the ground floor.

Serving modern Australian and international cuisine from their waterfront location in Circular Quay, City Extra is an accessible restaurant. Entry into the venue is step-free, but space is at a premium inside and a large amount of tables are inaccessible. Additional seating is available outside the venue. The establishments toilets are on the second floor, which is only accessible via stairs.

Top Juice is a juice bar chain serving juices, salads, smoothies & meals using 100% natural, raw, preservative free ingredients.

One of the Sydney branches can be found at Gateway on Macquarie Place offering step free entry, easy access to the food counter, fridges & communal seating.  There is also a communal outdoor seating area.

Accessible parking can be found onsite, accessible bathrooms closeby at Custom House Library & Metcentre & George Street.

Top Juice Gateway

Located on the ground floor of Customs House, Quay Bar is an accessible cocktail bar and restaurant. Ramps at the front of the building lead you to the restaurant’s indoor dining area. There is also a large, accessible outdoor seating area on the forecourt of the building. Room between the tables is generous and in case there isn't enough just inform the staff and they will allocate the tables. All tables have wheels so it is easy to move them. Accessible toilets can be found on site but they are not specifically for wheelchair users. 
The venue is surrounded by many construction sites therefore it is not easy to find a designated parking spot but there will be spots at the opera.
