There is no toilet located at the park, the closest facilities are at Circular Quay Train Station.

Located on the ground floor of Customs House, Quay Bar is an accessible cocktail bar and restaurant. Ramps at the front of the building lead you to the restaurant’s indoor dining area. There is also a large, accessible outdoor seating area on the forecourt of the building. Room between the tables is generous and in case there isn't enough just inform the staff and they will allocate the tables. All tables have wheels so it is easy to move them. Accessible toilets can be found on site but they are not specifically for wheelchair users. 
The venue is surrounded by many construction sites therefore it is not easy to find a designated parking spot but there will be spots at the opera.

Located at the Alfred Street entrance to the Gateway shopping complex, Zumbo is an accessible patisserie. Step-free automatic doors lead you inside the shop, where you’re met by an accessible counter. There is no seating needed inside. The restaurant level on the top floor is currently undergoing a refurbishment but it will be fully accessible to wheelchair users when it opens again later in 2017. While the kitchen is closed, there is a pop-up food truck operating on the ground floor.

The Museum of Contemporary Art is fully accessible to the mobility impaired. You can access the MCA via the George Street entrance or via a ramp from Circular Quay. All public areas of the museum, including the MCA Store, MCA Café and restaurant and galleries are accessible via lifts. You can borrow wheelchairs at no charge from the Information Desk on level 1. 

Fully accessible toilets are located on the ground level, levels 2 and 3, level 4 Cafe, level 6 Rooftop Venues and in the National Centre for Creative Learning.

Ramp access is available at the main entrance of the building via 2 ramps. In Cafe Sydney itself,  a limited range of seating is available due to stairs in some parts. There are accessible toilets on site. Customs House has two unisex accessible toilets. One can be found on the ground floor behind the magazine collection. The other on level 1 and has a left hand side transfer. There is no on-site dedicated accessible parking at Customs House. There are 2 on-street mobility parking spaces 250m away on the western side of Pitt Street, south of Alfred Street. The closest paid public parking stations are behind the Gateway building (Underwood Street opposite the Marriott Hotel on Pitt Street), the Sir Stamford Hotel (93 Macquarie Street) and the Sydney Opera House. Access from the street is easy and the area nearby is flat all the way from Circular Quay station.

The Russell Hotel is accessible to wheelchair users from the rear entrance. It offers a small amount of wheelchair friendly rooms with roll in showers. However the rooms are pretty small and there is not much space to maneuver within the room. There are two pubs within the hotel which are accessible by wheelchair. There are also plenty of shops and cafes in the immediate surrounding.
The venue does have its own car park which is free of charge but without designated accessible parking spots. The route from the car park to the entrance is accessible to a wheelchair user with assistance. Assistance may be required because there are slopes/ramps. But there is also a Wilson carpark nearby.

Barney and Bligh Reserve is located adjacent to the Museum of Contemporary Art and contains the historic Cadman’s Cottage building. It's a popular spot for tourists and visitors to enjoy the sight and sounds of Circular Quay.
The Reserve is only accessible via a gravel driveway adjacent to the park, as there is a step running around the perimeter of the reserve. The terrain is mostly soft and there is no accessible parking or toilets nearby.

Phillip’s Foote is an accessible restaurant on George Street serving Australian cuisine. Wheelchairs can only gain access via the side entrance on Nurses Walk, where staff will be happy to assist entry into the venue. With views of Sydney Harbour, Cahill Expressway Lookout is accessible to wheelchair users. Located on the Harbour side of the busy road, the lookout point is step-free and offers a great vantage point. The lift to Cahill Expressway can be found in the southeast corner of Circular Quay, close to Wharf 1. There are public accessible toilets nearby, next to the train station. Closest accessible parking spots can be found in the Wilson carpark on George Street or the Enacon carpark on 117 Macquarie Street.

The Jessie Street Gardens is a small inner-city park located on Loftus Street, a short distance from Circular Quay. Jessie Street Gardens is an accessible park located outside Gateway shopping complex. There is step-free access onto and throughout the plot, which has several benches. The terrain is hard and flat. Wide sliding doorway, easily accessible through a wide well-paved and flat lane way very near the Museum of Contemporary Art. One of the best accessible toilets and parents rooms in The Rocks area just off George Street. Clean and well maintained. 

ASLAN Coffee Roasters is a small niche accessible coffee shop, with outdoor seating.  Easily accessible to look at food on display or coffee menu and order with wheelchair access.

Bar 1880 is a speakeasy-type bar located in the historic Bulletin Place building.  Once home to the publishing house of one of the country’s longest-running magazines, Bulletin Magazine, which was published from 1880 all the way through to 2008.

Upstairs is the ‘Press Room’ with lush bar, uneven floorboards that still carry the marks of the original printing press, painted deep blue walls, low lighting, sepia photographs & old newspaper clippings . 

Inside there is a range of seating from high tables with stools, low tables with chairs, stools, banquette seating with outdoor tables & chairs.

La Renaissance Patisserie is an inaccessible food outlet located on Argyle Street in The Rocks. There is a large step at the only entrance to the venue preventing wheelchair access to the counter. There is accessible seating located outside the venue.
Designated parking spots can be found around 50 meters away in the Rocks carpark.

Tucked away in a narrow alley way on Bulletin Place, Tapavino is a bar that is accessible to wheelchair users. But,  access is extremely limited inside the small bar area, and the venue’s toilets are up a flight of stairs. There is some accessible seating outside the restaurant.
Designated parking can be found in the Wilson carpark at the Atrium.

Cruise Bar is a waterfront bar and restaurant located next to the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. There is step-free access into the restaurant and outdoor seating areas and tables are generously spaced meaning most are accessible. An accessible unisex toilet is located beside the bar area. Closest parking possibility its the Wilson carpark on George Street.

Cruise Bar

Vintage Cafe on The Rocks is an inaccessible coffee shop on Nurses Walk. Wooden steps leading up to the venue’s only entrance prevent wheelchair access and there is no ramp on site to aid access.

Silvester’s is an accessible fine dining restaurant in the Sydney Marriott Harbour hotel. Lifts provide access from the hotel lobby to the restaurant, and they also take you to the accessible unisex toilets on level two. The space inside is restricted but staff will make sure you have a table that is easy to get to.

Silvester's

The Orient Hotel is an accessible bar. Owing to the fact it is located in a heritage listed building, there is no lift access to the upper restaurant. There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor and there is a ramped entrance on Argyle Street. Ample space between the outside tables, which have glimpses of the harbour & water. Unfortunately all the tables inside are bar height with bar stools! 

Orient Hotel

Eastbank Cafe is an accessible waterfront restaurant serving authentic Italian cuisine. There is step-free access into and throughout the venue, which offers accessible indoor and outdoor seating. The space is in some parts restricted but the staff members will be happy to allocate the tables for you. There is also an accessible toilet on the premises.

Eastbank

Located on Harrington Street, the wheelchair access is about 10m down the road towards the Argyle. There is a little ramp but if a car is parked in front it is not accessible off the road. 

The hotel is accessible to wheelchair users. There is one designated accessible room, Heritage Queen room, which is located on the lobby level of the hotel and is fully accessible with roll in showers. However, the hotel’s restaurant is located down a flight of steps and is therefore inaccessible. But the hotel is surrounded by plenty of accessible cafes and restaurants.

Harbour Rocks Hotel

Costi's Fish & Chips is a takeaway food outlet situated in the food court of the AMP Plaza. A lift in the lobby of the Plaza will provide access to the food court, which has unisex toilets. The majority of the food court’s seating area - inside and outside - is accessible for wheelchair users. Designated parking spots can be found in the Wilson carpark around 50 meters away.

Costi's Fish & Chips

Cabrito Coffee Traders is an accessible cafe located in Bulletin Place. The entrance to the venue is step-free and provides access to the counter and a small seating area. There is also a small seating area outside. There are no toilets at Cabrito Coffee Traders.
Designated parking spaces can be found at the Wilson Atrium carpark.

Great cafe with great food. Only snag is that there is no nearby drop-curb making it inaccessible for some, unless you take a big detour.

Justice & Police Museum is accessible to wheelchair users. There are steps leading up to the entrance but also a portable ramp to enable entry.

Searock Grill is a wheelchair accessible restaurant in Circular Quay. There is step-free access into and throughout the venue, which has an accessible toilet on site. There are also accessible seating areas inside and outside of the restaurant. The space is restricted but it is no problem for the staff members to allocate the tables to ensure there is enough room to maneuver with a wheelchair.
Accessible parking can be found in the Wilson carpark around 250 meters away.

Searock Grill

Sydney Cove Oyster Bar is accessible to wheelchair users. It is an exclusively open-air restaurant so finding a table to get to in a wheelchair should not be a problem,  despite the fact that spacing between tables is tight and some may be inaccessible at peak times. But just inform the staff about your visit so they can arrange a special table. There is no accessible toilet on site.
Designated parking spots can be found in the opera house carpark.

Dumpling Bar @ Loftus is an inaccessible eatery serving pan-Asian cuisine. A step at the entrance to the restaurant prevents wheelchair access and there is no portable ramp to assist.
