Located on the ground floor of Customs House, Quay Bar is an accessible cocktail bar and restaurant. Ramps at the front of the building lead you to the restaurant’s indoor dining area. There is also a large, accessible outdoor seating area on the forecourt of the building. Room between the tables is generous and in case there isn't enough just inform the staff and they will allocate the tables. All tables have wheels so it is easy to move them. Accessible toilets can be found on site but they are not specifically for wheelchair users. 
The venue is surrounded by many construction sites therefore it is not easy to find a designated parking spot but there will be spots at the opera.

The circular quay light rail stop is in Alfred street outside the train station it is accessible as it’s flat on both sides for access. The trams are wheelchair accessible too.  Parking can be found at the Intercontinental & Quay West

Stairs at both entrances to McDonald's on Loftus Street prevent wheelchair access to the fast food restaurant. There is no lift and no portable ramp to assist entry into the venue. Closest accessible parking spots can be found in the Wilson carpark on George Street or the Enacon carpark on 117 Macquarie Street.

A lift in the lobby of Customs House takes you up to the front desk of Cafe Sydney (Customs House is a fully accessible library and information centre located across the road from Circular Quay train station). Ramp access is available at the main entrance of the building via 2 ramps. In Cafe Sydney itself,  a limited range of seating is available due to stairs in some parts. There are accessible toilets on site. Customs House has two unisex accessible toilets. One can be found on the ground floor behind the magazine collection. The other on level 1 and has a left hand side transfer. There is no on-site dedicated accessible parking at Customs House. There are 2 on-street mobility parking spaces 250m away on the western side of Pitt Street, south of Alfred Street. The closest paid public parking stations are behind the Gateway building (Underwood Street opposite the Marriott Hotel on Pitt Street), the Sir Stamford Hotel (93 Macquarie Street) and the Sydney Opera House. Access from the street is easy and the area nearby is flat all the way from Circular Quay station.

Cafe Sydney

First Fleet Park provides a great vantage point to view the comings and goings of Sydney's ferries and jetcats. First Fleet Park is an accessible park located on George Street. There is step-free access via entrances from Circular Quay and Alfred Street. The terrain is hard and flat. Plenty of accessible cafes and eateries can be found at Circular Quay and The Rocks. There is no toilet located at the park, the closest facilities are at Circular Quay Train Station.
Designated accessible parking spaces for visitors with RTA permits are located at: Cumberland Street, Harrington Street, George Street, Hickson Road.

First Fleet Park

Located on the ground floor of the Gateway shopping centre, Hero Sushi Train is an accessible eatery. There is step-free access into the venue and throughout. Hero Sushi has no seating area of its own, but there is accessible seating in the rest of the food court. While there are no toilets in the restaurant itself, the Gateway food court has unisex facilities.

The Spice Room is an accessible Indian restaurant on the corner of Alfred Street. A ramp outside of the Quay Building next door provides access to the main entrance. The Quay Building also has a lift in the lobby which will take you to the restaurant - the main entrance to the restaurant has stairs only.
The space inside is restricted but call in advance and staff will make sure you have a table that is easy to get to.

A lift in the lobby of the complex will take you to the venue, where there is step-free access throughout. Customs House is a fully accessible library and information centre located across the road from Circular Quay train station. There is step-free access via a ramp outside the main entrance and a lift providing step-free access to each floor inside. Customs House also has accessible toilets, as well as being home to three restaurants.

Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour is fully accessible to wheelchair users. Every level of the hotel is accessible via wheelchair and there are unisex toilets throughout the building. The one bedroom Garden View Suite is the hotel’s only designated accessible suite and it features a roll-in shower, hand rails around the bathroom and plenty of space to maneuver in the room. Accessible toilet on level 2.

The Museum of Contemporary Art is fully accessible to the mobility impaired. You can access the MCA via the George Street entrance or via a ramp from Circular Quay. You can borrow wheelchairs at no charge from the Information Desk on level 1.

Searock Grill is a wheelchair accessible restaurant in Circular Quay. There is step-free access into and throughout the venue, which has an accessible toilet on site. The space is restricted but it is no problem for the staff members to allocate the tables to ensure there is enough room to maneuver with a wheelchair.

The Jessie Street Gardens is a small inner-city park located on Loftus Street, a short distance from Circular Quay. Jessie Street Gardens is an accessible park located outside Gateway shopping complex. There is step-free access onto and throughout the plot, which has several benches. The terrain is hard and flat. It is an exclusively open-air restaurant so finding a table to get to in a wheelchair should not be a problem,  despite the fact that spacing between tables is tight and some may be inaccessible at peak times. Costi's Fish & Chips is a takeaway food outlet situated in the food court of the AMP Plaza. A lift in the lobby of the Plaza will provide access to the food court, which has unisex toilets. The majority of the food court’s seating area - inside and outside - is accessible for wheelchair users. Designated parking spots can be found in the Wilson carpark around 50 meters away.

Costi's Fish & Chips

Located on the promenade leading towards Sydney Opera House, this is a wheelchair friendly cinema. All theatres are wheelchair accessible. 

A dedicated wheelchair space can be found at the back of each theatre. These are unfortunately not shown on the online booking form on their website. To book the accessible seat you’ll need to call the United Cinemas main number ‭02 9970 2626‬.

There is a lift beside the candy bar to each theatre level. 

A wheelchair accessible toilet is located in the lower foyer and is accessible by the lift.

Part of the Sir Stamford Hotel on Macquarie Street, The Bar is a fine dining restaurant and upmarket cocktail bar. The entrance to the venue and the various floors are inaccessible for wheelchair users. A set of steps at the entrance prevent access and there are no lifts in the building to enable access to any other parts of the venue.

East Chinese is an accessible restaurant with step-free access to the counter and indoor dining area. The space is tight and some tables may be inaccessible at peak times therefore inform the venue about your visit and they will try to allocate the tables. There is also accessible seating outside the restaurant but not always so it is better to call the venue before. Shared accessible toilets can be found nearby.

East Chinese Restaurant

Situated opposite the Museum of Contemporary Art, The Baker's Oven Cafe is inaccessible for wheelchair users via both of its George Street and Nurses Walk entrances. Access to the outside seating area is possible but difficult via Nurses Walk. There are no accessible toilets on site.

Royal Copenhagen Ice Cream Cone Co is an inaccessible gelato shop located in The Rocks. The entrance to the shop is not step-free and there is no portable ramp to enable access to the counter and small indoor seating area.

The Russell Hotel is accessible to wheelchair users from the rear entrance. It offers a small amount of wheelchair friendly rooms with roll in showers. However the rooms are pretty small and there is not much space to maneuver within the room. There are two pubs within the hotel which are accessible by wheelchair. There are also plenty of shops and cafes in the immediate surrounding.
The venue does have its own car park which is free of charge but without designated accessible parking spots. The route from the car park to the entrance is accessible to a wheelchair user with assistance. Assistance may be required because there are slopes/ramps. But there is also a Wilson carpark nearby.

The Russell Hotel

Barney and Bligh Reserve is located adjacent to the Museum of Contemporary Art and contains the historic Cadman’s Cottage building. It's a popular spot for tourists and visitors to enjoy the sight and sounds of Circular Quay.
The Reserve is only accessible via a gravel driveway adjacent to the park, as there is a step running around the perimeter of the reserve. The terrain is mostly soft and there is no accessible parking or toilets nearby.

Barney and Bligh Reserve

The Push is on the ground floor of the Russell Hotel building, situated at the gateway to the Rocks area, 
Several steps meet you upon arrival at The Push, but there is a portable ramp on the premises which staff will be happy to assist you with. Space is at a premium inside and some of the tables may be inaccessible at peak times and there is no accessible toilet on site.

Bar 1880 is a speakeasy-type bar located in the historic Bulletin Place building.  Once home to the publishing house of one of the country’s longest-running magazines, Bulletin Magazine, which was published from 1880 all the way through to 2008.

Bar 1880 has two levels: downstairs, you’ll find the ‘Headline Bar’ with alfresco laneway seating on Bulletin Place.   Upstairs is the ‘Press Room’ with lush bar, uneven floorboards that still carry the marks of the original printing press, painted deep blue walls, low lighting, sepia photographs & old newspaper clippings . 

Inside there is a range of seating from high tables with stools, low tables with chairs, stools, banquette seating with outdoor tables & chairs.

Wheelchairs can only gain access via the side entrance on Nurses Walk, where staff will be happy to assist entry into the venue. Silvester’s is an accessible fine dining restaurant in the Sydney Marriott Harbour hotel. Lifts provide access from the hotel lobby to the restaurant, and they also take you to the accessible unisex toilets on level two. The space inside is restricted but staff will make sure you have a table that is easy to get to.

The Rocks Café is an accessible venue. There is step-free access into the venue, leading to a seating area and the counter. There are also a number of accessible tables outside the cafe, which doesn’t have an accessible toilet. However accessible toilets and parking spots can be found in the nearby Rocks shopping center.

Zia Pina Pizzeria Restaurant is an inaccessible pizza parlour on George Street. The inside seating area and counter are inaccessible due to a step at the entrance and the lack of a portable ramp on site. However the outdoor tables at Zia Pina Pizzeria Restaurant are accessible.

LeWrap is a takeaway food outlet situated in the food court of the AMP Plaza. A lift in the lobby of the Plaza will provide access to the food court, which has unisex toilets. The majority of the food court’s seating area - inside and outside - is accessible for wheelchair users. The space within the seating area is generously designed.

Step free access via the entrance on Argyle Street which has a ramp but narrow doorway. Limited seating - 3 to 4 tables inside. Plenty of outdoor seating, easily accessible. George Street side entrance has stairs.  Accessible parking can be found at Quay Wesy or the Overseas  Passenger Terminal.  Toilets can be found at 15 George Street - The Rocks or Roslyn Packer Theatre Level 2

Being located in a heritage listed building has rendered Alfredo's at Bulletin Place inaccessible for wheelchair users. The restaurant has no facilities to assist access into the main dining area.
