A wide ramp at North Bondi makes access to the beach easy Mobi-mat beach mats are in use at Bondi Beach on Thursdays and Saturdays from 8.30am to 2pm, surf and weather conditions permitting. They are located at the northern end ramp of Bondi Beach, near Wally Weekes pool. Please note that the matting does NOT reach the ocean’s edge.  

Beach wheelchairs are available for hire: you can choose between the Sandcruiser (adults) or Sandpiper (children). Please use the beach wheelchairs to access and swim between the flags. Two accessible parking spots are located right near the ramp down to the beach at North Bondi. There is also plenty of parking available in the open air car park behind the beach. Accessible bathrooms and showers are available near the beach wheelchair lockers just back from the promenade.

There is limited, spacious seating here, however, depending on the time of day, it might get too crowded inside. You do have options to eat out the front or continue strolling down Campbell Parade to take in the beach vibes. The venue has one wheelchair accessible, two bedroom room that features a roll-in shower and hand rails around the toilet. This property is 1 minute walk from the beach. Bondi 38 Serviced Apartments offers guests unlimited free Wi-Fi. Some rooms have a balcony with ocean views.
 In the nearby area there are plenty of accessible restaurants, cafes and food shops available.

The outside seating area can be accessed via the street, and the restaurant can only be entered via the ramp outside the Pavilion entrance and making your way along to the restaurant. Some of the venue’s seating is inaccessible due to high benches and stools. The venue doesn’t have accessible toilets but there are some inside the Pavillon.
Next to the venue is the beach carpark which provides several accessible parking spots. 

Lush On Bondi

Bondi Pavilion offers three entrances, ensuring accessibility for all visitors. The main entrance includes three steps, but ramps on both the left and right sides provide convenient access for wheelchair users and individuals with mobility challenges. The north and south entrances are completely step-free, allowing for seamless entry without any obstacles.

Inside the pavilion, the layout is fully step-free, and an elevator is available to access the second floor. The venue also features wheelchair-accessible restrooms for added convenience. Additionally, the internal restaurants are equipped with spacious outdoor dining areas, offering plenty of seating options. Designated disabled parking spaces are located near the south entrance, making Bondi Pavilion a highly accessible and inclusive destination.

Brand new accessible toilet (or disabled toilet) and showers in a separate building behind Bondi Surf Club. Level path to access and ramp up to big open area. Main door has push-button entry, as have other toilets.
