There is step-free access into and throughout the attraction, but the venue warn that large motorised wheelchairs may not be able to access all exhibits. Madama Tussaud´s offers a small number of wheelchairs for free hire on a first come, first served basis. Accessible toilets can be found onsite. There is no carpark onsite but there are several ones nearby for example in Sussex Street or in Murray Street.
