Convention is an accessible light rail stop. There is step-free access onto both platforms, which have gentle gradient ramps leading up to them. There is a designated bay at the end of the platforms in which to wait if you need a portable boarding ramp. Signal the driver on approach and he will alight the train and assist with the ramp. Accessible parking spots can be found at the Convention Center. There are no accessible toilets near the stop.
