Serving South East Asian cuisine in a beachfront setting, Dragonfly Collaroy is an accessible restaurant. A ramp outside the front of the venue provides step-free access to the entrance and both the indoor and outdoor seating areas, which are both mostly accessible. The space inside and out is generous. Sydney Beachouse YHA in Collaroy is inaccessible to wheelchair users due to steps. However there is a lift available to the communal kitchen, dining room and TV rooms. The Family Room will be big enough to accommodate a wheelchair and also has a roll-in shower but the room itself is not designated accessible.. Accessible cafes and resterants can be found in the nearby area.

Sydney Beachouse YHA

Collaroy Beach is a surf beach that adjoins Narrabeen Beach forming a long stretch of coast. It also forms part of an accessibility precinct that includes an all-abilities playground and access to a FreeWheeler beach wheelchair which provides wheelchair access onto the sand and the surf. 
Due to the long and open stretch of coast at Collaroy-Narrabeen, there can be erosion, especially during storm events. 
Collaroy Beach has a fully accessible beach reserve with disabled toilets, accessible picnic areas, rockpool and paths. There are two FreeWheeler beach wheelchairs available to use here, and a Liberty Swing. Wheelchair users and other people with a disability will be able to better enjoy Collaroy Beach due to a newly installed state-of-the-art adult lift and change facilities which includes an adult change table and hoist. The bathroom facility has a height adjustable shower head with flip-down shower seat as well as grab rails throughout. Please note, you need to have your own sling to use with the hoist. When the beach is patrolled the life guards will get the chairs for you but outside of hours you can arrange to loan the chair through Warringah Council by phoning 9942 2560.
Collaroy also provides an ocean pool with ramp access.  There is a pool wheelchair which can be borrowed from the life guards at the beach. The council carpark adjacent to the beach and playground has eight disabled parking spaces.

Stay Grounded is an accessible cafe located on Pittwater Road in Collaroy. There is step-free access into the venue and throughout, but space is tight and some inside tables may be inaccessible. There is more accessible seating outside of the cafe, which offers a takeaway service.

The Pittwater Road entry offers step-free access into the venue, which has a lift to help wheelchair users access the first floor. Outside tables are also available. Fishermans Beach is located between Collaroy point and the northern base of Long Reef Point. The 500 m long beach begins amongst the rocks on the south side of Collaroy rock pool, and curves round to face north against the rocks and wide rock platform of Long Reef. It is an accessible beach in Collaroy. There is step-free access onto the sand via a ramp in the middle of the beach. As the ramp is meant for launching boats from, it is not specifically designed for wheelchair access and will need to be negotiated with care. The sand itself is mainly crumbly and the beach is of a medium gradient. There are accessible toilets, showers and changing rooms located at the southern end of the beach. A cafe / kiosk, pay and display parking and picnic tables are available at the beach.

Fisherman's Beach

Long Reef Golf Club is only the second 100% disabled-friendly golf course in Australia, with a brand new Paragolfer (a revolutionary all-terrain mobility device which allows an individual to maneuver into a standing position to replicate a full golfing experience) available to hire. The Paragolfer is available for use on the practice facility most of the week and on the course subject to bookings.
The Club itself is also accessible to wheelchair users and provides step-free access inside the club house. There is a gentle ramp from the car park, which has designated accessible spaces, up to the main reception. An accessible toilet is available on site.

Located on Pittwater Road in Collaroy, Pizza Hut is an inaccessible takeaway pizza outlet. There is a large step at the entrance to the shop preventing wheelchair access. There is no portable ramp on site to assist with access.
