This place has a pretty groovy and chilled atmosphere and the staff are friendly and helpful. 

There's a level front entrance, with a standard doorway. Wide space between tables and bar, easy to get through to back area and to the toilets, as long as bar isn't 5 deep. 

There's a mixture of high tables and stools and low tables and sofas. The back area opens up into a fairly wide space. 

The toilet is semi-accessible - it has no rails and is not marked as accessible (it's the one marked for women). There's a small lip to get into toilet, so you need to pop a wheely if you're in a manual chair. A powered chair should have no problem (see the photo). If you need rails to transfer you will have to bring a friend or carer in to assist.

Percentage Patisserie

Located on Gadigal land, the Chau Chak Wing Museum is a hub for sharing the University of Sydney's extensive collections with the wider community. 

The main entrance of the museum is step-free, ensuring convenient access for all visitors. Elevators are installed throughout the venue, providing seamless access to every floor. Within the exhibition halls, there are no steps, allowing for easy navigation between different galleries on the same level.

On the second floor, the museum features a café with a step-free entrance, interior, and outdoor dining area, ensuring accessibility. Each floor is equipped with wheelchair-accessible restrooms, adding to the venue's convenience. Outside, two designated roadside parking spaces for disabled visitors are available. Kürtősh at Marrickville Metro offer great  coffee and amazing baked goods. The Front entrance and entrance to outdoor seating area are massively wide and fully accessible. The counters are low so wheelchair users can be seen. The space itself is massive with plenty of room to maneuver around and there is plenty of space between tables to allow wheelchair users to pull up  to a table comfortably and still have plenty of room for people to pass by without bumping or kicking your chair. Staff are friendly. There are fully accessible bathrooms in the shopping centre the 2nd floor accessible bathroom (accessible by lift) even has a hoist, and shower in it. 

Kürtősh

Spanish Tapas is a stunning Mediterranean-style restaurant located in the heart of Glebe, right next to the University and Victoria Park, with Broadway Shopping Centre just a few meters down the street. This Spanish tapas bar has been serving authentic Spanish cuisine since 1997, offering an immersive experience with homemade recipes and vibrant, flamboyant Spanish decor.

The venue is spacious, with a dining area that accommodates mobility devices, ensuring everyone can enjoy a genuine Spanish experience.

The main entrance is accessible via a ramp, allowing easy entry for all guests. After entering the venue, you’ll find easy seating options to the right, or you can venture further in to enjoy a Spanish football-themed decor
 

Restrooms are located at the end of the venue. The ladies’ restroom includes ambulant features and is accessible via ramped pathways. While the door to the accessible restroom may require manual assistance, it is manageable, just a heads-up: there are no handrails in the toilets. The men’s restroom is a bit further, up a small step.

For a true Spanish experience, visit on Mondays for half-priced tapas or on weekends, when they have live flamenco shows during dinner.

Kandy by Sri Lankan Bites

The Dispensary 1908 is an accessible coffee, breakfast & lunch house with step-free front & no door.  The venue has a lovely history originally designed as a private residence back in 1896, 33 Glebe Point Road functioned as the Sydney United Friendly Society Dispensary from January 1909.  Patients would bring in their own bottles and jars and purchase ointments, leeches, cod liver oil, lime water, camel hair brushes, poppy heads and chamomile flowers.
A wheelchair can fit around the tables & not fixed seating with assistance.
There is outside seating, but no toilet.  Accessible toilets can be found The Broadway Shopping Centre ground & lower ground floor
along with multi-storey accessible parking, general street parking is available


Dispensary 1908

Access to the Sultan Palace is via a ramp to  manual door, not signposted.

Glass Artist Gallery  has exhibitions alternating from street level and first floor. Closed at time of writing, it does not look to have ramps or lifts to the first floor.
