Costi's Fish & Chips is a takeaway food outlet situated in the food court of the AMP Plaza. A lift in the lobby of the Plaza will provide access to the food court, which has unisex toilets. The MOS Shop is adjacent to the entry reception area. There is no onsite parking or drop off area. The nearest commercial car spaces are expensive alternatives, include the Governor Phillip Tower basement car park (next door), The Intercontinental Hotel (across the road) or The Opera House car park.

Customs House is a fully accessible library and information centre located across the road from Circular Quay train station. There is step-free access via a ramp outside the main entrance and a lift providing step-free access to each floor inside. Ramp access is available at the main entrance of the building via 2 ramps. In Cafe Sydney itself,  a limited range of seating is available due to stairs in some parts. There are accessible toilets on site. Customs House has two unisex accessible toilets. One can be found on the ground floor behind the magazine collection. The other on level 1 and has a left hand side transfer. There is no on-site dedicated accessible parking at Customs House. There are 2 on-street mobility parking spaces 250m away on the western side of Pitt Street, south of Alfred Street. The closest paid public parking stations are behind the Gateway building (Underwood Street opposite the Marriott Hotel on Pitt Street), the Sir Stamford Hotel (93 Macquarie Street) and the Sydney Opera House. Access from the street is easy and the area nearby is flat all the way from Circular Quay station.

The Macquarie Place Park is an heritage-listed, small triangular urban park located in the central business district of Sydney. The park is situated on the corner of Bridge Street and Loftus Street. It is named in honour of Governor Lachlan Macquarie. Macquarie Place Park is a partially accessible park. There is step-free access via Bridge Street, but not all areas are step-free and therefore inaccessible. In the accessible parts the terrain is hard and flat. The park is surrounded by a few accessible Cafés which is nice for a break. There are no playgrounds, picnic areas or barbecue areas in the park. Also accessible toilets are not available. The closest accessible parking facilities can be found in the Wilson carpark on Underwood Street.

There is also a large, accessible outdoor seating area on the forecourt of the building. Room between the tables is generous and in case there isn't enough just inform the staff and they will allocate the tables. All tables have wheels so it is easy to move them. Accessible toilets can be found on site but they are not specifically for wheelchair users. 
The venue is surrounded by many construction sites therefore it is not easy to find a designated parking spot but there will be spots at the opera.

The restaurant level on the top floor is currently undergoing a refurbishment but it will be fully accessible to wheelchair users when it opens again later in 2017. Bar 1880 is a speakeasy-type bar located in the historic Bulletin Place building.  Once home to the publishing house of one of the country’s longest-running magazines, Bulletin Magazine, which was published from 1880 all the way through to 2008.

Bar 1880 has two levels: downstairs, you’ll find the ‘Headline Bar’ with alfresco laneway seating on Bulletin Place.   Upstairs is the ‘Press Room’ with lush bar, uneven floorboards that still carry the marks of the original printing press, painted deep blue walls, low lighting, sepia photographs & old newspaper clippings .

The Quay Cafe is an accessible food and drink outlet inside the entrance of Wharf 6 at Circular Quay. There is an accessible seating area and counter but the space is restricted. There are public accessible toilets very nearby the terminal area, next to the train station.

Hacienda Bar is an accessible restaurant located in the Pullman Quay Grand. A lift in the hotel’s lobby will take you to the venue on the third floor, where another accessible lift will take you to the entrance. Space inside the restaurant is tight and some tables may be inaccessible at peak times.

Located on the lower level of the Pullman Quay Grand, Q Dining is a restaurant serving modern Australian cuisine. Lifts in each of the hotel’s two lobby areas will provide access to the venue. Most seating in the dining area is accessible with step-free access. There are also unisex toilets on site.

Adora Handmade Chocolates 

Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour is fully accessible to wheelchair users. Every level of the hotel is accessible via wheelchair and there are unisex toilets throughout the building. The one bedroom Garden View Suite is the hotel’s only designated accessible suite and it features a roll-in shower, hand rails around the bathroom and plenty of space to maneuver in the room. Accessible toilet on level 2. 

Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour

Eastbank Cafe is an accessible waterfront restaurant serving authentic Italian cuisine. There is step-free access into and throughout the venue, which offers accessible indoor and outdoor seating. The space is in some parts restricted but the staff members will be happy to allocate the tables for you. There is also an accessible toilet on the premises. 
Designated parking spots can be found at the opera.

Barista Sisters Coffee

A very easy café to meet in. Lots of space inside, a variety of seating options, and an accessible toilet. The only downside is no outside seating.

Piccolo Me Bridge St

Looks to be currently under renovation December 2022. There are a lot of stairs making the venue inaccessible. A lot of scaffolding / bordering and steel poles in wall ways around tables. 
No toilets on site but can be found at 255-259 George Street, parking at Quay West
