Elixir Sabor is a coffee spot on Clarence Street. It can be accessed either through the main entrance, which features wide thresholds and glass doors, or via the terrace. Both entrances are wide and flat, providing easy access for wheelchair users and people with mobility aids.
 

An outdoor seating area connects seamlessly with the indoor space. To use the accessible toilet, ask the café staff for the key. The toilet is located along an external corridor on the left-hand side of the café. We recommend exiting through the main door and following the corridor to reach it.

Cava on Kent is a fully accessible neighbourhood cafe, open for breakfast and lunch. Only a few tables inside are easy to get to in a wheelchair when it is busy at peak times. However, the cafe does have the benefit of a huge outside space, way back from the road, and most of the tables here are fully accessible. Tables sometimes make the route to the shared accessible toilet tricky, so it may best to approach it from one of the adjoining businesses that share it.

Jam Record Bar is a vibrant, Tokyo-inspired vinyl bar located at 320 George Street in Sydney’s CBD,  The bar is relatively small, with only about 40 seats and a walk-in-only policy, which can make it crowded, especially during peak times. The venue’s popularity and compact layout may present challenges for wheelchair users or those with mobility needs, particularly if the space is crowded. 

The restaurant is located opposite the train station, in George Street so parking or drop off directly in front of the venue is not accessible if you come by private transport. However, accessibility is quite easy if you decide to come by train, since it stops nearby and surfaces are flat enough to allow easy access. The closest accessible parking is located in 86-88 Pitt Street, Eastside, between Angel Place and Hunter Street and all you need is to cross the street trough Angel Place and get to Jam Bar. The entrance is small but flat and accessible, with no stairs, making it easy to use. Inside, the restaurant has sufficient space to manoeuvre but it can be challenging. There are some small tables outside the restaurant( easier for mobility devices to come in), inside it might be trickier due to narrow corridors and the restricted space. The toilet has been adapted to  accessibility means but to get to the toilet, the corridors are extremely tight and you might have to ask people to get closer to the bar.

There is no accessible bathroom on-site. The closest public accessible bathroom is inside Wynyard train station, which is approximately 300 meters away.

Street parking is located: 68 Pitt Street, Eastside, corner of Pitt Street and Hunt Street and 86-88 Pitt Street Eastside, between Angel Place and Hunter Street.

The closest private accessible parking is Secure Parking Pty Ltd underground carpark, 109 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000, which is approx. 300 meters away. Disability access and lift access at this car park is restricted outside of building opening hours Monday to Friday 6am to 6pm and all day on the weekend.

Step-free access into the Bristol Arms Hotel can only be gained via the bistro entrance on Slip Street, which is just off Sussex Street. Bristol Arms is made up of three distinct spaces. At top of the hotel sits the Bristol Rooftop with its spacious indoor and outdoor areas. The ground floor hosts the Public Bar and TAB, with big screens throughout to show all sport, and a beer garden. 
The bistro level is the only floor accessible by wheelchair, meaning the bar and terrace areas are inaccessible. There are toilets on the bistro level, but they are not designated accessible.

Strike is a bar and bowling alley offering step-free access from its entry on the promenade at King Street Wharf. All areas of the venue are accessible by wheelchair except for the ‘escape' rooms. There is a lift to provide access to the bowling alley. The venue has seating outside, but  high benches make it inaccessible. However inside there is generous space.

Parking is limited as it is located in the CBD.

There is step-free access into the venue and part of the lower dining area, but the upper seating area is accessible only by stairs. Four Seasons

The Langham Hotel is undoubtedly one of the most accessible hotels in central Sydney.  

It has one fully accessible room (127 on the first floor, a short distance from the lift) with an interconnecting room if required. 

It is operated with an automatic door opener. The room is spacious in every way both at the foot and at the sides of the bed. There is plenty of room to wheel around and rearrange furniture if necessary. Some electrical power points are at eye level.

The bathroom is very spacious. It is fitted with an automatic sliding door and a sensor which turns on lights automatically upon entry. It has a roll in shower.

Staff are very attentive and quick to arrive if you need extra help with anything

All the public areas of the hotel are fully accessible and roomy. The restaurant and bar have many easily accessible tables. The seating elsewhere is easy to get to. There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor. A long ramp from the concierge entrance area leads up to the main areas. The spa is also accessible by lift.

There is an accessible on street parking space almost directly opposite the hotel entrance. There is a drop curb by the entrance which taxis can use to drop you at.

If you are a manual wheelchair user, there is only one potential drawback: its location. It is situated in a fairly hilly part of the CBD.

The Langham Sydney

Customs House Bar is an accessible restaurant and bar. There is step-free access into the main bar area, but some parts of the dining area are inaccessible due to steps and the absence of any ramps or lifts. In the outdoor seating area, the use of high benches means only a small number of tables are accessible. But inform the venue about your visit and staff can arrange a table inside or outside. An accessible toilet is available on site.

Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay may be accessible to some wheelchair users. There is no designated accessible room but there are rooms with roll in showers.

Silvester’s is an accessible fine dining restaurant in the Sydney Marriott Harbour hotel. Lifts provide access from the hotel lobby to the restaurant, and they also take you to the accessible unisex toilets on level two. The space inside is restricted but staff will make sure you have a table that is easy to get to.

Tucked away in a narrow alley way on Bulletin Place, Tapavino is a bar that is accessible to wheelchair users. But,  access is extremely limited inside the small bar area, and the venue’s toilets are up a flight of stairs. There is some accessible seating outside the restaurant.
Designated parking can be found in the Wilson carpark at the Atrium.

Cabrito Coffee Traders is an accessible cafe located in Bulletin Place. The entrance to the venue is step-free and provides access to the counter and a small seating area. There is also a small seating area outside. There are no toilets at Cabrito Coffee Traders.

The Macquarie Place Park is an heritage-listed, small triangular urban park located in the central business district of Sydney. The park is situated on the corner of Bridge Street and Loftus Street. It is named in honour of Governor Lachlan Macquarie. Macquarie Place Park is a partially accessible park. There is step-free access via Bridge Street, but not all areas are step-free and therefore inaccessible. In the accessible parts the terrain is hard and flat. The park is surrounded by a few accessible Cafés which is nice for a break. There are no playgrounds, picnic areas or barbecue areas in the park. Also accessible toilets are not available. The closest accessible parking facilities can be found in the Wilson carpark on Underwood Street.

Macquarie Place Park

Located on Pitt Street the venue is an accessible bar and restaurant. There is a ramp just at the entrance to aid entry. There are some accessible tables outside the venue. There is also an accessible toilet.

The Ship Inn

Billu's is an accessible eatery. There is step-free access into the venue and throughout. The restaurant has a number of accessible tables inside and out and while there are no toilets in the restaurant itself, the Gateway food court has unisex facilities. The Jessie Street Gardens is a small inner-city park located on Loftus Street, a short distance from Circular Quay. Jessie Street Gardens is an accessible park located outside Gateway shopping complex. There is step-free access onto and throughout the plot, which has several benches. The terrain is hard and flat. There are no toilets in the park.

The Push is on the ground floor of the Russell Hotel building, situated at the gateway to the Rocks area, 
Several steps meet you upon arrival at The Push, but there is a portable ramp on the premises which staff will be happy to assist you with. Space is at a premium inside and some of the tables may be inaccessible at peak times and there is no accessible toilet on site.

Hurricane's Grill Circular Quay is accessible to wheelchair users and provides step free entrance. The space inside is generous which means that it is no problem to maneuver within the venue. Outside tables are also available. Hurricanes´s Grill offers an accessible toilet and designated parking spots can be found in the Wilson carpark on George Street.

The Russell Hotel is accessible to wheelchair users from the rear entrance. It offers a small amount of wheelchair friendly rooms with roll in showers. However the rooms are pretty small and there is not much space to maneuver within the room. There are two pubs within the hotel which are accessible by wheelchair. There are also plenty of shops and cafes in the immediate surrounding.
The venue does have its own car park which is free of charge but without designated accessible parking spots. The route from the car park to the entrance is accessible to a wheelchair user with assistance. Assistance may be required because there are slopes/ramps. But there is also a Wilson carpark nearby.

The Russell Hotel

Aquarium, Darling Harbour is an accessible ferry terminal. There is step-free access into and throughout the terminal, which is unmanned. There is a portable boarding ramp to enable wheelchair access onto the ferries.
There are no accessible toilets at the Pier and no designated parking spots.

SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium (formerly Sydney Aquarium) contains a large variety of Australian aquatic life, displaying more than 700 species comprising more than 13,000 individual fish and other sea and water creatures from most of Australia's water habitats.
SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium is fully accessible to wheelchair users. There is step-free access throughout the venue, with ramps providing access to different levels of the aquarium. Accessible toilets are located at the entrance and exit of the attraction.
wheelchairs are available to hire for free from guest services on arrival on a first come, first served basis.
Due to the steepness of some ramps that lead down to the deeper oceanariums (Shark Valley and Dugong Island), wheelchair users may find they require extra assistance.

Sea Life Sydney Aquarium

Barangaroo Metro Station in Sydney is a fully accessible, modern underground station designed to meet Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) standards. It features multiple lifts and escalators that provide step-free access from the street level to the platforms, making it convenient for wheelchair users. The station offers level, gap-free boarding between the train and platform and includes accessible toilets equipped for wheelchair use. Entrances are located near Hickson Road and Barangaroo Reserve, both with smooth, ramped pathways. Overall, the station is easy to navigate for people with mobility needs, though being 25 metres underground means reliance on lifts for access.

Barangaroo

A popular spot with locals, workers and visitors, Observatory Hill Park offers sweeping, panoramic views of Sydney Harbour and the Harbour Bridge for free. It is nestled in the city centre.
Observatory Hill Park is a partially accessible plot with step-free access. The gradient varies from steep to medium and terrain is mostly hard. In the park you can find some seating and picnic areas. There are not many cafes in the immediate vicinity.
Accessible public toilets aren’t too far away on Watson Road, at the Argyle Street park entrance.
Closest parking spots can be found in the Wilson Clocktower carpark. 

Observatory Hill Park

A newly built accessible unisex toilet in the Gateway centre. Clean, roomy with a large turning circle inside. Long wide corridors to the doorway. Follow the toilet signs from next to Gozleme Co and it's off to the right side through the double doors (which are always open). Gateway is open 7am-11:30pm Mon-Fri, 8am-11:30pm Sat/Sun.

Madame Tussauds Sydney is accessible to wheelchair users. There is step-free access into and throughout the attraction, but the venue warn that large motorised wheelchairs may not be able to access all exhibits. Madama Tussaud´s offers a small number of wheelchairs for free hire on a first come, first served basis. Accessible toilets can be found onsite.
There is no carpark onsite but there are several ones nearby for example in Sussex Street or in Murray Street.

First Fleet Park provides a great vantage point to view the comings and goings of Sydney's ferries and jetcats. First Fleet Park is an accessible park located on George Street. There is step-free access via entrances from Circular Quay and Alfred Street. The terrain is hard and flat. Plenty of accessible cafes and eateries can be found at Circular Quay and The Rocks. There is no toilet located at the park, the closest facilities are at Circular Quay Train Station.
Designated accessible parking spaces for visitors with RTA permits are located at: Cumberland Street, Harrington Street, George Street, Hickson Road.

First Fleet Park

Access is via stairs from George Street with accessible access via rear courtyard. A flat wide laneway leads to the rear courtyard. An accessible toilet is also located in the rear courtyard.

Starbucks The Rocks

Located on Loftus Street, Paragon Hotel is an accessible restaurant serving a range of pub staples. The restaurant level on the top floor is currently undergoing a refurbishment but it will be fully accessible to wheelchair users when it opens again later in 2017. While the kitchen is closed, there is a pop-up food truck operating on the ground floor.

Rendezvous Hotel Sydney is inaccessible to wheelchair users. There are no rooms suitable for wheelchair access and not all areas of the hotel can be accessed step-free.
However parking is available in Wilson Parking located within the hotel which $45 per 24 hours.

An accessible Women's toilet at Circular Quay, near the station. Located just inside the Women's toilet entrance, it has a standard door width and inward swing-opening door. Men's accessible toilet located separately inside the entrance to the Men's toilets nearby.

Darling Harbour, Pier 26 is an accessible ferry terminal. There is step-free access into and throughout the terminal, which is unmanned. There is a portable boarding ramp to enable wheelchair access onto the ferries.

The Helm Bar is fully accessible for wheelchair users.  A lift situated between the adjoining shops on the ground floor provides step-free access to the first floor bar and dining area.  During the week almost all tables are accessible, whereas on the weekend the tables on the first floor are replaced with high tables and benches. Make sure to contact them to arrange a good table. There is plenty of space between the tables so there shouldn’t be a problem within the venue. Designated accessible unisex toilets are available inside the venue.

Helm Bar

Falafel & Shawarma, located at 2 Alfred Street, Circular Quay, is situated in a generally accessible area close to public transport, including the Circular Quay train and light rail stations, both of which offer step-free access and lifts. The surrounding footpaths are mostly flat and smooth, making it easier for wheelchair users to navigate, though some nearby areas may have slight gradients. Accessible public toilets are available nearby at Circular Quay Station, and mobility parking spaces can be found in nearby Wilson car parks and along Alfred Street.
